Description
一体性の程度を高めるために、半径方向軸シールリング10を、外側軌道輪のボアに、アンギュラ玉軸受の側において取り付けることが提案される。軽金属ハウジングにおいて使用するために、静止用オイルシールとしてOリング11も設けられている。最も異なる設計において、ハウジングに軸方向の力を伝達するために外側軌道輪にそれぞれ肩部又はフランジを設けることも考えられる。図2には、取り付けられた状態におけるハイブリッドピニオン軸軸受ユニットが示されている。
2つの内側軌道輪1a及び5aを同時に押し上げ、
テーパころがピニオンヘッド8aの案内フランジに対して係合するまで、ピニオンヘッド8aを備えたピニオン軸8を複数回回転させ、
理想的なプレテンション力を得るために、用途に応じて特定の締付けトルクを加えながらピニオンナット9を締め付けることによって行われる。
Claims (6)
- 一方の側においてピニオンヘッド(8a)を有するピニオン軸(8)を支持するための軸受ユニットにおいて、該軸受ユニットが、テーパころ軸受(1)と、アンギュラ玉軸受(5)とを有しており、前記テーパころ軸受(1)と前記アンギュラ玉軸受(5)とが、共通の外側軌道輪(2)と、テーパころ軸受とアンギュラ玉軸受とのための別個の内側軌道輪(1a,5a)とを有しており、該内側軌道輪(1a,5a)が、ピニオン軸に沿って互いに間隔を置いて配置されており、テーパころ軸受(1)が、ピニオンヘッドにおいて歯にかかる力の半径方向力成分を主として吸収するために、15゜〜20゜の接触角(α)を有しており、単列アンギュラ玉軸受(5)が、主にギヤ噛合いにより生じる軸方向の力と、テーパころ軸受によって生じる軸方向の力とを吸収するために、35゜〜45゜の接触角(β)を有していることを特徴とする、軸受ユニット。
- アンギュラ玉軸受(5)又はテーパころ軸受(1)の少なくとも一方の転動体が、セラミック材料から形成されている、請求項1記載の軸受ユニット。
- テーパころ軸受(1)の転動体が、エッジ圧力を減じるための対数形状を備えるように設計されている、請求項1又は2記載の軸受ユニット。
- 2つの内側軌道輪(1a,5a)が、運搬のために、取付けスリーブ(7)によって所定の位置に固定される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
- ピニオンヘッド(8a)とは反対側において、共通の外側軌道輪にシール部材(10)が取り付けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
- 共通の外側軌道輪(2)の外周面に設けられた周方向溝に、包囲するハウジングの内壁に対する静止用オイルシールとして働くためのシール部材(11)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
