Description
Claims (9)
- 変位軸に沿ってホルダーを変位させるアクチュエータであって、
リードスクリュを駆動する駆動手段と、
あるピッチおよびピッチ角を持つねじ切り部を有する、前記リードスクリュと、
前記ホルダーの変位のために前記リードスクリュと協働するように構成されたねじ切り部を有する前記ホルダーであって、参照面を有する前記ホルダーと、
前記ホルダーの前記参照面がストップ面に接触した際に前記ホルダーの変位を停止させる、前記ストップ面を有するホーム位置とを含み、
前記ストップ面および前記参照面の少なくとも一方が、前記ホルダーの前記変位軸に垂直な平面に対して鋭角をなしており、かつ前記リードスクリュの前記ピッチ角と同一の方向を有し、かつ螺旋形状とされていることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 前記ストップ面および前記参照面の前記少なくとも一方の前記鋭角が、前記リードスクリュの前記ピッチ角よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ストップ面および前記参照面の両方が、実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動手段がステッパーモータであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ホルダーに光学素子が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記光学素子がコリメータレンズであることを特徴とする請求項5記載のアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のアクチュエータを含むことを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 前記光走査装置がハウジングを有し、前記ストップ面が前記ハウジング内に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の光走査装置。
- 請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のアクチュエータを含むことを特徴とする光撮像装置。
