Claims (9)
- LEDと1つ又はそれよりも多くの蛍光材料とを含む発光素子であって、
1msより小さい減衰期間を有する第1の蛍光材料が前記LEDの近くに配置され、3msより大きい減衰期間を有する第2の蛍光材料が前記LEDから比較的遠くに配置される、
ことを特徴とする発光素子。 - 前記LEDは、半導体材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記LEDは、350と490nmの間の光を放射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記蛍光材料の少なくとも1つは、Eu3+、Tb3+、Mn4+、Pr3+、Eu2+、又はCe3+のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の素子。
