Claims (7)
- 金型取付フレーム内に脱着自在に組み込まれた金型と、金型取付フレームの背面側の開口端に取付けられて上記金型の背面に突設している支柱を受止するバックプレートと、このバックプレートと金型背面との間の空間部によって形成している蒸気室と、金型背面に対向したバックプレート側に配設されている金型冷却配管とを備えた発泡成形装置において、上記金型冷却配管は冷却水を導入する主管と、この主管の長さ方向に一定間隔毎に、その上端開口部を主管に連結、連通させた状態で主管から垂下させている複数本の枝管とから構成されてあり、これらの枝管は可撓性と弾性復元力を有する合成樹脂製チューブからなり、各枝管に長さ方向に小間隔毎に金型背面に向かって開口した冷却水噴出孔を設けていることを特徴とする金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- 少なくとも2本以上の枝管の下端を互いに連結、連通させていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- 枝管は、一本の長尺な合成樹脂製チューブにおける長さ方向の中央部をU字状に湾曲させることによって下端がこのU字状湾曲部を介して互いに連通した2本の枝管に形成されてあり、この2本の枝管を一組として複数組、それぞれの枝管の上端開口部を主管に連結、連通させていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- U字状湾曲部に剛性を有するU字状の被覆管を被嵌させていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- 主管から垂下している複数本の枝管ば、隣接する2本の枝管を一組とし各組の枝管の開口下端間をU字状に湾曲した剛性を有する継手管によって接続していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- 複数本の枝管は、その上端開口部を主管に連結、連通させた状態でこの主管の長さ方向に一定間隔毎に並設されていると共に、各枝管の下端開口部を主管と平行に配設した中空の接続管に連結、連通させていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
- 枝管は、フッ素樹脂製チューブからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3、又は、請求項5、請求項6におけるいずれか1項に記載の金型冷却配管を備えた発泡成形装置。
