Abstract

一种塑料浮体生产工艺,涉及一种水上漂浮产品;塑料浮体外壳采用聚乙烯材料,内部填充物采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料;通过置于发泡体中的进排气管通蒸汽加热使填充料成型,经过可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒、预发泡、颗粒熟化、加料入塑料壳中、装入发泡模具、安装进排气管、通蒸汽加热成型、冷却定型等工艺获得塑料浮体新产品。该塑料浮体内部填充材料采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,产品成本大幅度下降,其填充材料的吸水率明显降低,漂浮力明显提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水上漂浮产品。
背景技术
目前,塑料浮体作为水上漂浮产品已经广泛应用于疏浚行业,其外壳为聚乙烯材料,内部填充聚氨酯泡沫塑料,外壳采用聚乙烯旋转模塑成型工艺加工而成,聚氨酯泡沫塑料包括组合聚醚和异氰酸酯,采用浇注成型工艺加工而成。但该工艺生产成本高,填充聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸水率高,致使塑料浮体漂浮力降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种塑料浮体生产新工艺,解决现有塑料浮体生产成本高,填充聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸水率高,漂浮力差的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:塑料浮体外壳采用聚乙烯材料,内部填充物采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料;通过置于发泡体中的进排气管通蒸汽加热使填充料成型,其生产工艺:
可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒-预发泡-颗粒熟化-加料入塑料壳中-装入发泡模具-安装进排气管-通蒸汽加热成型-冷却定型。
采用本发明的积极效果是:塑料浮体内部填充材料采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,产品成本大幅度下降,其填充材料的优异性能使吸水率明显降低,漂浮力显著提高。
具体实施方式
塑料浮体外壳采用聚乙烯材料,内部填充物采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料;通过置于发泡体中的进排气管通蒸汽加热使填充料成型,首先将可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经预发泡后制得EPS颗粒;第二步将熟化好的EPS颗粒加入塑料浮体壳中;第三步将进排气管安装于外壳上提前预制好的安装孔上;第四步通蒸气加热成型;第五步冷却定型。

  1. 一种塑料浮体生产方法,塑料浮体外壳采用聚乙烯材料,其特征是:内部填充物采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料;通过置于发泡体中的进排气管通蒸汽加热使填充料成型,其工艺步骤为:
    将可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经预发泡后制得EPS颗粒-EPS颗粒熟化-加入塑料浮体外壳中-装入发泡模具-安装进排气管-通蒸汽加热成型-冷却定型。
