Description
Claims (5)
- 下方に延びる少なくとも2本のねじ穴が形成されたフレームを備えた回転電機の分解装置において、
上側フランジと下側フランジとそれらの間のウェブとを備えて前記フレームの上方で水平方向に延びるI型梁と、
前記I型梁の上に配置された押さえ板と、
前記I型梁を挟んでそれぞれ前記押さえ板を貫通して延びて前記ねじ穴にねじ込まれた2本の固定ボルトと、
前記下側フランジの上面を転がって移動可能なトロリーと、
前記トロリーに吊り下げられた揚重機と、
を有することを特徴とする回転電機の分解装置。 - 前記I型梁はアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の回転電機の分解装置。
- 前記フレームの上面には貫通する吊穴が形成された吊部が設けられていて、
前記I型梁が延びる方向の前記押さえ板と異なる位置で前記I型梁の上に配置された固定板と、
前記吊穴を通って延びて前記I型梁を挟む2か所で前記固定板に固定された固定材と、
を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1または請求の範囲2に記載の回転電機の分解装置。 - 前記揚重機はチェーンブロックであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし請求の範囲3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の分解装置。
- 下方に延びる少なくとも2本のねじ穴が形成されたフレームとそのフレームの内部に一部が収められた回転軸と備えた回転電機の分解方法において、
上側フランジと下側フランジとそれらの間のウェブとを備えるI型梁を前記フレームの上方で前記回転軸に平行に少なくとも一部が前記フレームから突出するように配置する工程と、
前記I型梁の上に押さえ板を配置する工程と、
2本の固定ボルトを前記押さえ板を貫通させて前記ねじ穴にねじ込む工程と、
トロリーを前記下側フランジの上面を転がって移動可能に配置する工程と、
前記トロリーに揚重機を吊り下げる工程と、
前記回転電機から部品を取り外す工程と、
前記部品を前記揚重機で吊り下げたまま前記トロリーを前記I型梁に沿って移動させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする回転電機の分解方法。
