Claims (6)
- 回転電機を固定している台座に回転電機本体フレームを介して固定され、かつ、回転電機の端部に設けられたベースと、該ベース及び回転電機本体の吊り耳に固定されたベースプレートと、該ベースプレートに取付けられ、前記回転電機の第1の軸受カバー部品と給電装置外枠及びスリップリングの各々を取外す複数の屈曲可能なアームとを備えた第1のメンテナンス治具を有し、
前記回転電機の軸受を交換するために、前記第1のメンテナンス治具の複数のアームで前記第1の軸受カバー部品と給電装置外枠及びスリップリングの各々を取外すことを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受交換のための分解装置において、
前記軸受は、前記回転電機が原動機と接続する直結側と、該直結側とは反対側の反直結側にそれぞれ設置されており、
前記第1のメンテナンス治具の各アームで、前記第1の軸受カバー部品と給電装置外枠及びスリップリングの各々が取外されてから前記反直結側の軸受が交換され、
かつ、前記直結側は、回転電機を固定している台座に回転電機本体フレームを介して固定され、かつ、直結側の回転電機の端部に設けられたベースと、該ベース及び回転電機本体の吊り耳に固定されたベースプレートと、該ベースプレートに取付けられ、前記回転電機の第2の軸受カバー部品を取り外す屈曲可能なアームとを備えた第2のメンテナンス治具を有し、
前記第2のメンテナンス治具のアームで、前記第2の軸受カバー部品が取外されてから前記直結側の軸受が交換されることを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。 - 請求項2に記載の軸受交換のための分解装置において、
前記直結側のベースプレートと反直結側のベースプレートが、ロッドで連結されていることを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の軸受交換のための分解装置において、
前記ベースプレートの内側に前記第1の軸受カバー部品を取外す前記アームが取付けられていると共に、前記ベースプレートの外側に前記給電装置外枠を取外す前記アームが取付けられ、かつ、前記ベースプレートの上部に前記スリップリングを取外す前記アームが取付けられていることを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。 - 請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受交換のための分解装置において、
前記各アームは、互いに回転可能に連結されている複数のアームヒンジと、該アームヒンジと回転可能に連結されているアーム取付け具とで屈曲可能に形成され、前記各アームのそれぞれのアーム取付け具の先端部形状が、前記第1及び第2の軸受カバー部品、前記給電装置外枠或いはスリップリングの外形形状に合致していることを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受交換のための分解装置において、
前記回転電機は、風車タワー上部に設置されているナセル内に収納されている発電機であることを特徴とする軸受交換のための分解装置。
