以下に、実施例1(表1)のエアゾール式空気酸化型染毛剤の製造手順を示す。
1)空気酸化型染毛剤組成物の調製
1-1)水溶液X(組成物全体の25質量%)
特開2006-160670号公報の実施例1と同様の方法で水溶液Xを調製した。成分(A)の濃度は1質量%であり、5,6-ジヒドロキシインドールと5,6-ジヒドロキシインドール-2-カルボン酸とのモル比は9:1であった。この水溶液Xを、保管用のステンレス製加圧容器に入れ、酸素への暴露を防ぐため窒素で0.2MPaに加圧した。
精製水を624.8gビーカーに取り、これにカーボポールETD2020を3.7g加えた。プロペラを用い150rpmで30分間撹拌して湿潤させた後、モノエタノールアミンを15g加えて中和し、膨潤させ、均一になるまで撹拌した。その後、ソフタノール90を15g、1,3-ブチレングリコール-Pを30g、シリコーンCF2470を10g、ユーカリ抽出液EBLを1g、香料を0.5g加えて、均一になるまで撹拌した。(全量700g)
カーボポールETD2020(薬事成分名:アクリル酸・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体、Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc.製)
モノエタノールアミン(薬事成分名:モノエタノールアミン、三井化学株式会社製)
ソフタノール90(薬事成分名:ポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテル、株式会社日本触媒製)
1,3-ブチレングリコール-P(薬事成分名:1,3-ブチレングリコール、協和発酵ケミカル株式会社製)
シリコーンCF2470(薬事成分名:ジメチコン/アミノ変性シリコン・PEG共重合体混合エマルション、東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)
ユーカリ抽出液EBL(薬事成分名:ユーカリエキス、天津力生製薬有限公司製)
アスコルビン酸及び亜硫酸ナトリウムは空気中では水溶液系で速やかに酸化されやすいため、水溶液Yは用時調製した。
精製水を45gビーカーに取り、これにアスコルビン酸を3g加えて溶解するまで撹拌した。その後、亜硫酸ソーダを2g加えて溶解するまで撹拌した(全量50g)。
アスコルビン酸(薬事成分名:アスコルビン酸、DSM Nutritional Products Ltd.製)
亜硫酸ソーダ(薬事成分名:無水亜硫酸ナトリウム、大東化学株式会社製)
エアゾール容器は、二重容器であるHiCR缶(外缶はエポキシフェノール系樹脂で内面コートしたアルミニウム缶、内袋は材質がメタロセン触媒による均一な直鎖低密度ポリエチレンとエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂との積層構造を有する内袋)を用いた。HiCR缶にマウンテンカップをクリンチして取り付けた後、窒素ガスのパージ操作と脱気操作を交互に4回繰り返して、容器内部の酸素を濃度0.1%以下とした。
次いで、このHiCR缶に70gの水溶液Z及び5gの水溶液Yを充填し、缶を振とうして水溶液を混合し、溶存酸素を除去した。次いで、25gの水溶液Xを充填することで、空気酸化型染毛剤組成物を調製した。その後、更に10gの液化石油ガス(0.44MPa(20℃))を充填し、エアゾール式空気酸化型染毛剤(全量110g)とした。
さらに、これらの染色力、白髪隠蔽性及び保存安定性を下記の基準で評価し、その結果を表1に示す。
乾燥した中国人女性白髪1gの毛束に、実施例1〜2、比較例1〜8の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物1gを塗布し、30℃恒温槽中で5分間放置後、水洗、シャンプー後、室温にて自然乾燥した。この操作を3回繰り返した。色彩色差計(CR-300/コニカミノルタ社)で、処理前と処理後の毛束の色差ΔEを測定した。
乾燥した中国人女性の黒髪と白髪が7:3で混じった1gの毛束に、実施例1〜2、比較例1〜2の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物1gを塗布し、30℃恒温槽中で5分間放置後、水洗、シャンプー後、室温にて自然乾燥した。この操作を3回繰り返した。白髪隠蔽性を専門パネラーの目視で評価した。
乾燥した中国人女性白髪1gの毛束に、40℃恒温槽中に6ヶ月間静置後の実施例1〜2、比較例1〜2の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物1gを塗布し、30℃恒温槽中で5分間放置後、水洗、シャンプー後、室温にて自然乾燥した。この操作を3回繰り返した。色彩色差計(CR-300/コニカミノルタ社)で、処理前と処理後の毛束の色差ΔEを測定した。
Claims (8)
- 次の成分(A)〜(E)を含有し、25℃におけるpHが10以上11以下である空気酸化型染毛剤組成物。
(A)5,6-ジヒドロキシインドール、5,6-ジヒドロキシインドール-2-カルボン酸又はそれらの塩:0.01〜3質量%
(B)アルカノールアミン:0.01〜20質量%
(C)アスコルビン酸又はその塩:0.03〜5質量%
(D)亜硫酸塩:0.03〜5質量%
(E)水:30〜99質量% - 更に、成分(F)水溶性ないし水分散性の合成ポリマーを0.01〜5質量%含有する請求項1に記載の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物。
- 5,6-ジヒドロキシインドール又はその塩と5,6-ジヒドロキシインドール-2-カルボン酸又はその塩とのモル比が99:1〜4:1である、請求項1又は2記載の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(C)と成分(D)とのモル比が99:1〜1:99である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物。
- 白髪隠蔽用である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気酸化型染毛剤組成物及び噴射剤を耐圧容器内に充填したエアゾール式空気酸化型染毛剤。
- 耐圧容器が、金属製の缶と内袋を有する二重容器であり、該内袋の材質が直鎖低密度ポリエチレンとエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体樹脂との積層構造を有する請求項6に記載のエアゾール式空気酸化型染毛剤。
- 請求項6又は7に記載のエアゾール式空気酸化型染毛剤の製造方法であって、成分(A)を含有する水溶液を容器に充填する前に、成分(C)又は成分(D)を含有する水溶液を該容器に充填する製造方法。
