Description
Claims (7)
- 第1減速段が、遊星歯車式変速機として構成され、
駆動可能な第1太陽歯車(22)と、回転可能に支持される第1遊星キャリヤ(10)に回転可能に支持される複数の第1遊星歯車(20)と、を有しており、
当該歯車(20)は、第1太陽歯車(22)と、回転可能に支持された第1内歯歯車(16)と、に同時に係合しており、
第2減速段が、少なくとも2つのピニオン(4、6)を含んでおり、当該ピニオンは、外周の異なった位置で、大歯車(2)と係合しており、
第1ピニオン(4)は、第1遊星キャリヤ(10)に回転しないように接続され、
少なくとも1つの第2ピニオン(6)は、回転方向を反転させる歯車段(12、14)を介して、第1内歯歯車(16)に駆動可能に接続されており、
第1減速段には、遊星段として構成される他の減速段が前置されており、
ここでは、第2遊星キャリヤ(24)が、第1太陽歯車(22)に回転しないように接続されており、
第2遊星歯車(26)が、第2遊星キャリヤ(24)に回転可能に支持され、回転駆動可能な第2太陽歯車(28)に常に係合しており、また、第1内歯歯車(16)に回転しないように接続された第2内歯歯車(16)とも常に係合しており、
出力段の前記少なくとも2つのピニオン(4、6)は、同じ歯数を有しており、
逆回転する平歯車段乃至かさ歯車段(12、14)は、ギヤ比(u/(u+1))でゆっくりと減速し、uは、遊星歯車式変速機(8)が前置された場合の、太陽歯車の歯数に対する内歯歯車の歯数の比に対応している
ことを特徴とする多段減速装置(1)。 - 第1内歯歯車と第2内歯歯車とは、1つの内歯歯車部材(16)として構成され、第1遊星歯車(20)と第2遊星歯車(26)とが、内歯歯車部材(16)の異なった軸方向領域で歯車と係合している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段減速装置。 - 内歯歯車部材(16)は、貫通する歯(durchgehende Verzahnung)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段減速装置。 - ピニオン(4、6)と大歯車(2)とは、円錐形に構成され、調整板(30)は、各ピニオンの大歯車に対しての軸方向位置の調整のために機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の多段減速装置。 - 大歯車(2)は、中央通路(Zentraldurchlass)(40)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の多段減速装置。 - 少なくとも1つの更なる同種の多段減速装置があり、少なくとも2つの多段減速装置が大歯車(2)を共有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の多段減速装置。 - 大歯車(2)とピニオンとは、かさ歯車として非平行な回転軸で構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の多段減速装置。
