Description
結着材であるポリフッ化ビニリデン(呉羽化学工業株式会社製#1100)が溶解されたN−メチル−2−ピロリドン溶液を調製し、この溶液に、LiCoO2 95質量部と、導電カーボン2質量部とを加えてスラリー化した。調製済みの正極スラリーを厚み15μmのAl箔上に均一に塗布、乾燥して正極とした。正極における、LiCoO2:導電カーボン:ポリフッ化ビニリデンの重量比は95:2:3であった。
各実施例及びコントロールの非水系リチウム二次電池を、定電流(0.5C)−定電圧(4.3V)で充電した後、放電終始電圧2.75Vまで0.5C放電を200サイクル実施して、200サイクル終了後の容量維持率を測定した。結果を下記の表1に示した。
容量維持特性の評価実験前後において、実施例2のセパレータと、コントロールのセパレータとを、FT−IRにより分析した。なお、実施例2のセパレータについては、容量維持特性の評価実験前は緩衝層のみをFT−IRにより分析し、容量維持特性の評価実験後はセパレータ本体のみをFT−IRにより分析した。結果を図1に示した。
Claims (3)
- セパレータ本体に有機化合物と金属化合物とを含有する複合体が担持されてなる非水系リチウム二次電池用セパレータであって、
前記有機化合物は、前記セパレータ本体を構成する物質より融点が高く、融点が180℃以上のものであり、
前記金属化合物は、Al(OC 2 H 5 ) 3 であり、
前記セパレータ本体の正極に対向する面及び/又は負極に対向する面に前記複合体からなる緩衝層が設けてある非水系リチウム二次電池用セパレータ。 - 前記緩衝層の厚みは、2μm以上である請求項1記載の非水系リチウム二次電池用セパレータ。
- セパレータ本体と、
正極と、
負極と、
少なくとも前記正極と前記負極との間に介在している、有機化合物と金属化合物とを含有する複合体と、を備えている非水系リチウム二次電池であって、
前記有機化合物は、前記セパレータ本体を構成する物質より融点が高く、融点が180℃以上のものであり、
前記金属化合物は、Al(OC 2 H 5 ) 3 であり、
前記セパレータ本体の正極に対向する面及び/又は負極に対向する面に前記複合体からなる緩衝層が設けてある非水系リチウム二次電池。
