Description
− 該遷移酸化アルミニウムが一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在し、分散液中の該遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量が40〜65質量%であり、分散液中の該凝集体が100nm未満の平均凝集体直径を有し、
− 該分散剤はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシニトラート及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシサルフェートを含有し、
− 該分散液は3〜5のpHを有する、
ことを特徴とする、水性分散液を提供する。
遷移酸化アルミニウム分散液
実施例1(本発明による):37kgの脱イオン水と460gのALZOFIX(登録商標)P9(PAC−ジシアンジアミド共縮合生成物、Degussa AG社)を60Lのステンレス鋼混合容器に装入する。25kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65(熱分解酸化アルミニウム、BET=65m2/g、主成分:シータ−及びデルタ−酸化アルミニウム;Degussa AG)を、Ystral社Conti−TDS3吸込ホース(ステータスリット:4mmリング及び1mmリング、ロータ/ステータ間隔約1mm)を用いて剪断条件下で引き続き吸引する。次に更に340gのALZOFIXを添加し、5kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65を吸引する。この交互の添加を合計6回実施する。添加の完了後、吸込み口を閉じて更に20分間3000rpmで剪断をかける。最後に、5.5kgの脱イオン水を用いて予備分散液を55質量%の含量にし、更に約5分間もう一度剪断を行って該分散液を均一にする。この予備分散液を、2500バールの圧力において直径0.3mmのダイアモンドノズルを有するSugino Ultimaizer HJP−25050高エネルギーミルを介して2つの通路に通し、それによって更に強力な微粉砕にかける。
実施例4:実施例1からの550gの分散液を容器に装入する。実験室攪拌機を用いて攪拌している間、155gのアルファ−酸化アルミニウム粉末(AKP−50、住友化学工業社製、平均粒径約200nm)を添加する。
Claims (8)
- 唯一の固形物としての遷移酸化アルミニウム及び分散剤を含有する水性分散液であって、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムが一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在し、分散液中の遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量が40〜65質量%であり、分散液中の凝集体が100nm未満の平均凝集体直径を有し、
− 分散剤はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシニトラート及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシサルフェートを含有し、
− 分散液は3〜5のpHを有する、
ことを特徴とする、水性分散液。 - 遷移酸化アルミニウムのBET表面積が20〜150m2/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の水性分散液。
- 遷移酸化アルミニウムがシータ−及び/又はデルタ−酸化アルミニウムを主成分として含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の水性分散液。
- 分散剤がポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンポリマーとの混合物及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンジシアンジアミド樹脂との共縮合生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 分散剤の割合が分散液の全量を基準として0.1〜3質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液の製造方法であって、
分散剤を水中に入れることと、遷移酸化アルミニウムを全て一度に添加、少量ずつ添加又は継続的に添加することと、1000kJ/m3を上回るエネルギーの導入により混合物を分散させること
を特徴とする、水性分散液の製造方法。 - 分散を最初に1000kJ/m3未満のエネルギー入力において実施して予備分散液を形成することと、予備分散液を少なくとも2つの部分流に分けることと、これらの部分流を少なくとも500バールの圧力下の高エネルギーミルに置くことと、ノズルを介して減圧することと、部分流をガス−又は液体−充填反応空間で互いに衝突させることと、高−エネルギー微粉砕を1回以上繰り返すこと
を特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。 - 更なる分散液を製造するための及び複合材料を製造するための請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の酸化アルミニウム含有水性分散液の使用。
