Description
− アルファ−酸化アルミニウム、酸化セリウム、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン及び二酸化ジルコニウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属酸化物及び更に一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在する少なくとも1種の遷移酸化アルミニウムと、
その際、
− 金属酸化物と遷移酸化アルミニウムの全含量が、分散液の全量を基準として60〜75質量%であり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量が、分散液の全量を基準として30〜45質量%であり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムのBET表面積が30〜90m2/gであり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムの平均凝集体直径が100nm未満であり、
− 金属酸化物の平均粒径が100〜500nmである、
− ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシニトラート及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシサルフェートからなる群から選択される分散剤とを含有する水性分散液を提供する。
− 100〜500nmの平均粒径を有する粉末の形態の金属酸化物を、攪拌しながら
− 出発分散液の形態の遷移酸化アルミニウムに添加し、
− 該分散液は唯一の固形物として遷移酸化アルミニウムを含有し、
− 該分散液中で、該酸化アルミニウムは一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在し、該一次粒子は30〜90m2/gのBET表面積を有し且つ分散液中のそれらの凝集体は100nm未満の平均凝集体直径を有し、
− 該分散液の酸化アルミニウムの含量は40〜65質量%であり、
− 該分散液はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシニトラート及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシサルフェートを分散剤として含有し、
− 該分散液は3〜5のpHを有する。
遷移酸化アルミニウム分散液
実施例1(本発明による):37kgの脱イオン水と460gのALZOFIX(登録商標)P9(PAC−ジシアンジアミド共縮合生成物、Degussa AG社)を60Lのステンレス鋼混合容器に装入する。25kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65(熱分解酸化アルミニウム、BET=65m2/g、主成分:シータ−及びデルタ−酸化アルミニウム;Degussa AG)を、Ystral社Conti−TDS3吸込ホース(ステータスリット:4mmリング及び1mmリング、ロータ/ステータ間隔約1mm)を用いて剪断条件下で引き続き吸引する。次に更に340gのALZOFIXを添加し、5kgのAEROXIDE(登録商標)Alu65を吸引する。この交互の添加を合計6回実施する。添加の完了後、吸込み口を閉じて更に20分間3000rpmで剪断をかける。最後に、5.5kgの脱イオン水を用いて予備分散液を55質量%の含量にし、更に約5分間もう一度剪断を行って該分散液を均一にする。この予備分散液を、2500バールの圧力において直径0.3mmのダイアモンドノズルを有するSugino Ultimaizer HJP−25050高エネルギーミルを介して2つの通路に通し、それによって更に強力な微粉砕にかける。
実施例3:実施例1からの550gの分散液を容器に装入する。実験室攪拌機を用いて攪拌している間、155gのアルファ−酸化アルミニウム粉末(AKP−50、住友化学工業社製、平均粒径約200nm)を添加する。
Claims (11)
- 水性分散液であって:
− アルファ−酸化アルミニウム、酸化セリウム、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン及び二酸化ジルコニウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属酸化物及び更に一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在する少なくとも1種の遷移酸化アルミニウムと、
その際、
− 金属酸化物と遷移酸化アルミニウムの全含量が、分散液の全量を基準として60〜75質量%であり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量が、分散液の全量を基準として30〜45質量%であり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムのBET表面積が30〜90m2/gであり、
− 遷移酸化アルミニウムの平均凝集体直径が100nm未満であり、
− 金属酸化物の平均粒径が100〜500nmである、
− ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンポリマーとの混合物及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンジシアンジアミド樹脂との共縮合生成物からなる群から選択される分散剤と
を含有することを特徴とする、水性分散液。 - 金属酸化物と遷移酸化アルミニウムの全含量が分散液の全量を基準として63〜70質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の水性分散液。
- 遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量が分散液の全量を基準として35〜40質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の水性分散液。
- 遷移酸化アルミニウムがシータ−及びデルタ−酸化アルミニウムを主成分として含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 遷移酸化アルミニウムのBET表面積が50〜80m2/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 金属酸化物の平均粒径が150〜250nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 金属酸化物がアルファ−酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- pHが3〜5であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 分散剤の割合が分散液の全量を基準として0.1〜3質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液の製造方法において、
− 100〜500nmの平均粒径を有する粉末の形態の金属酸化物を、攪拌しながら
− 出発分散液の形態の遷移酸化アルミニウムに添加することと、
− 該分散液は唯一の固形物として遷移酸化アルミニウムを含有することと、
− 該分散液中で、遷移酸化アルミニウムは一次粒子の凝集体の形態で存在し、該一次粒子は30〜90m2/gのBET表面積を有し且つ分散液中のそれらの凝集体は100nm未満の平均凝集体直径を有することと、
− 該分散液の遷移酸化アルミニウムの含量は40〜65質量%であることと、
− 該分散液は、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリド、ポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンポリマーとの混合物及び/又はポリアルミニウムヒドロキシクロリドとカチオンジシアンジアミド樹脂との共縮合生成物からなる群から選択される分散剤を含有することと、
− 該分散液は3〜5のpHを有すること
を特徴とする、水性分散液の製造方法。 - 焼結体を製造するための請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の水性分散液の使用。
