Description
Claims (2)
- 基板層と、前記基板層上のトラック内に設けられたマーク/スペース構造を有する読み取り専用データ層と、カバー層とを備える光学記憶媒体を製造するスタンパの製造のための原盤を製造する方法であって、
1つのトラックは、突部として表されるポジティブマークを備え、隣接するトラックは、陥部として表されるネガティブマークを備え、
前記スタンパは、前記データ層の生成のための、突部として表されるポジティブマーク及び陥部として表されるネガティブマークを有する表面を備え、
突部として表されるポジティブマークを生成するために第1のネガティブフォトレジストで覆われた非金属基板を備える第1のプレートの前記第1のネガティブフォトレジストを露光して第2のプレートを得るステップと、
前記第1のネガティブフォトレジストを非露光領域で除去するために第7の溶剤を塗布して第3のプレートを得るステップと、
前記第3のプレート上に金属層を設けて第4のプレートを得るステップと、
前記第4のプレートから前記基板及び残留するネガティブフォトレジストを除去して金属基板を得るステップと、
前記金属基板を第2のネガティブフォトレジストで覆って第5のプレートを得るステップと、
マスタリングマシンで前記第5のプレートを露光して、突部として表されるポジティブマークを生成するステップと、
前記第2のネガティブフォトレジストを非露光領域で除去するために第8の溶剤を使用するステップと、
スタンパ製造のために、残留する金属基板を、突部として表されるポジティブマークを有するトラック及び陥部として表されるネガティブマークを有するトラックを備える金属原盤として使用するステップと、
の一連のステップを備える、前記方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記残留する第1のネガティブフォトレジストと前記基板とが前記金属基板から除去される後且つ前記第2のネガティブフォトレジストが塗布される前に、前記金属基板を層でコーティングするステップであって、前記第2のネガティブフォトレジストの付着を向上し、前記金属基板と前記第2のネガティブフォトレジストとの間の化学反応を減少させる、ステップをさらに有する、前記方法。
