NMPはN−メチルー2−ピロリドン、Pは圧力、Tは温度、nとpは整数である。他例としては、PTMO/DMTとTΦTジメチルエステルとの反応があり、以下の共重合体が得られ、
ここでn、m及びpは整数である。
ポリL−リシン、

ここでRは一つ以上のポリエーテルセグメントと、このポリエーテルを芳香族ポリアミド構造と共有結合する適切な結合を含む。

Claims (15)
- ポリエーテル、ポリアミド及びポリ(エーテルアミド)からなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む基板、前記基板上に配置のポリマー領域、及び前記ポリマー領域内又は下に配置の治療薬を含む埋め込み可能又は挿入可能な医療器具で、前記ポリマー領域が前記治療薬の前記治療器具からの放除を制御し、20℃より低いTgを示す低Tgセグメント(ソフトセグメント)と均一な50℃より高いTgを示す高Tgセグメント(ハードセグメント)をそれぞれ含有する共重合体分子を含む医療器具であって、
前記共重合体分子がポリ(エーテルアミド)共重合体分子であり、
前記ソフトセグメントがポリエ−テルソフトセグメントであり、
前記均一なハードセグメントが均一なポリアミドハードセグメントである前記医療器具。 - 前記共重合体分子の少なくとも25重量%が、均一長さのハードセグメントを有する請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子それぞれがポリエーテルソフトセグメントと均一なポリアミドハードセグメントを含む請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが複数のポリエーテルセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、ポリアルキレンオキシド、ポリアルキレンオキシド誘導体、及び上述の物の組み合わせから選ぶポリエーテルセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリトリメチレンオキシド、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリテトラメチレンオキシド、上述の物の誘導体及び上述の物の組み合わせから選ぶポリエーテルセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、複数の均一なポリアミドセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリマー領域内のポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子の少なくとも25重量%がそろいのポリアミドセグメントを有する請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、均一な芳香族ポリエステルアミドセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、均一なポリアミノ酸セグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 均一な前記ポリアミノ酸セグメントが芳香族基を含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 均一な前記ポリアミノ酸セグメントが複数の芳香族基を含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、均一なポリアミノ酸デンドリマーセグメントを含む請求項3に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミド共重合体分子のそれぞれが、デンドリマーセグメントを含む請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記ポリマー領域が、前記共重合体分子に生分解性結合により共有結合した前記治療薬を含む、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
