Claims (4)
- 表面に加飾層を有する表面加飾シートの製造方法であって、
凹凸を備える一方の面に紫外線硬化型接着剤を塗布して紫外線硬化型接着剤層を形成した連続基材シートと前記加飾層を有する連続加飾シートとを紫外線硬化型接着剤層を介して重ねて重合シートを形成する重合工程と、
前記重合シートに紫外線を照射し前記連続基材シートと前記連続加飾シートとを接着する接着工程と、を有し、
前記接着工程は、前記連続加飾シートが外側、前記連続基材シートが内側になるように前記重合シートを湾曲させることで、重合シートの湾曲した領域で連続基材シートの凹凸に連続加飾シートを追随させて連続加飾シートの表面に凹凸を形成した状態で、連続加飾シート側から重合シートの湾曲した領域に紫外線照射を行うことを特徴とする表面加飾シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の表面加飾シートの製造方法であって、
前記重合シートは、円筒ローラ又は凸型の固定台に巻きつけることによって湾曲させることを特徴とする表面加飾シートの製造方法。 - 請求項2記載の表面加飾シートの製造方法であって、
前記円筒ローラ又は前記固定台と、前記円筒ローラ又は前記固定台の何れかの表面に接するように配置されたニップローラとの間に前記重合シートを挟み込むことを特徴とする表面加飾シートの製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の表面加飾シートの製造方法であって、
前記円筒ローラ又は前記固定台の何れかの表面の180°よりも小さい角度範囲内に一対のニップローラを間隔を空けて配置し、前記円筒ローラ又は前記固定台に巻きつけることによって湾曲させた前記重合シートのうち、前記一対のニップローラ間における部位に紫外線を照射することを特徴とする表面加飾シートの製造方法。
