Description
図1には本発明のダスト処理方法を実施するための装置構成の一例を示す。図1において、AOD炉に真空排気系を設けた真空精錬炉1には伸縮継手21を介して、エジェクタに至る排ガス流路2が接続されており、排ガス流路2には上流側よりサイクロンセパレータ31、ガスクーラ32、およびバグフィルタ331を内蔵した集塵装置33が設けられている。そして、これらサイクロンセパレータ31、ガスクーラ32、集塵装置33で捕集された可燃性の排ガスダストが、それぞれの下部に設置されたホッパ311,321,322,332を経てスクリューコンベア41上に排出される。

上記反応式中でMはMnないしMgである。反応式より知られるように、水中に浸漬されることによって、排ガスダスト中の発火源となる金属微粒子や酸化物微粒子が消失する。これにより、後述のような難燃性のスラッジが得られる。
図3にはダスト処理方法を実施するための装置構成の他の例を示す。図3において、上記実施形態と同様の真空精錬炉1(図1参照)の排ガス流路2に設けたサイクロンセパレータ31、ガスクーラ32、集塵装置33で捕集された排ガスダストが、それぞれの下部に連結されたホッパ311,321,322,332を経てスクリューコンベア44上に排出される。排ガスダストはフライトコンベア45を経て回転炉46に投入され、ここで発火温度(237℃)以上に加熱されて燃焼させられる。ここで、回転炉46の装入側の温度は300〜800℃とし、排出側の温度は300℃以下とするのが良い。加熱処理後の粉体は直接、ないしダストボックス47を経て圧空搬送管71内に供給される。なお、上記スクリューコンベア44およびフライトコンベア45は実際には気密性のカバーで覆われ、その内部を不活性ガス雰囲気として搬送途中でのダストの発火を防止している。
Claims (1)
- 真空精錬炉から排出される可燃性ダストを捕集し、捕集された当該可燃性ダストを水中に浸漬してスラリーとなし、当該スラリーに硝弗酸を添加してCr6+を還元し、その後前記スラリーを脱水して難燃性のスラッジとすることを特徴とする排ガスダストの処理方法。
