Description
Claims (9)
- 炭化タングステン−コバルトからなる第1の基体を、チタン合金からなる第2の基体にろう付けするためのろう材であって、40〜60質量%の金と5〜16質量%のニッケルと35〜55質量%の銅とからなるろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、45〜49質量%の金と9〜11質量%のニッケルと41〜45質量%の銅とからなる、請求項1記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、47質量%の金と10質量%のニッケルと43質量%の銅とからなる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、均質な合金の形態である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、粉末の形態である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、層状の形態である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が、少なくとも1層の銅と少なくとも1層の金/ニッケル合金、少なくとも1層の金と少なくとも1層の銅/ニッケル合金、又は少なくとも1層のニッケルと少なくとも1層の金/銅合金を含む、請求項6記載のろう材。
- 前記ろう材が950〜980℃のろう付け温度、および450〜600KHNのろう付け後の硬度を有する、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のろう材。
- 炭化タングステン−コバルトからなる第1の基体を、チタン合金からなる第2の基体にろう付けするための方法であって、
前記第1の基体と第2の基体の間に、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のろう材を配置する段階と、
前記ろう材の温度を950〜980℃に少なくとも1分間上昇させる段階と
を含む方法。
