Description
本発明者等は、従来構造のステータと図2で示す本発明のステータに関する各解析モデルを作成し、一定条件におけるコイル発熱時における双方の放熱性を検証した。
Claims (3)
- 円環状のヨークと該ヨークから径方向内側へ突出する複数のティースとを備えたステータコアと、該ティースの外周を包囲する樹脂素材のインシュレータと、該インシュレータの外周に形成されるコイルと、を具備するステータにおいて、
前記ティースの側面に沿って前記ヨークの内部に延び、さらにヨークの内部でティースの反対側へ湾曲する凹溝が形成されており、該凹溝の湾曲した先端は該ヨーク内に留まっており、前記インシュレータの端部が凹溝の前記先端に収容されていて、
コイルからステータコアへの熱の流れが、インシュレータの厚み方向を流れてステータコアへ流れることに加えて、インシュレータの面内を流れて凹溝の前記先端にあるインシュレータの前記端部からステータコアへ流れることを含んでいるステータ。 - ヨーク側のスロット壁面に絶縁紙が設けられ、該絶縁紙と前記インシュレータにてコイルおよびステータコア間の絶縁が図られている、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のステータの前記インシュレータ外周にコイルが形成され、該ステータの内部にロータを具備するモータ。
