Description
紫外線硬化ウレタンアクリレート樹脂100重量部、イソプロフィルアルコール30重量部に対して、平均粒径0.01〜1μm(0.01μm、0.1μm、0.5μm、1μmの場合に対し、下記実施例及び比較例2〜4、5〜7のそれぞれの重量部にて実施した結果、同等の結果が得られ、0.01〜1μmの範囲内の場合、平均粒径の差による実験結果の差はないことを確認した)の伝導性粒子のATOを次の各含量にて入れ、それを基材フィルム20に4μm厚さでグラビアコーティングを施して裏側表面コーティング層30を形成した後、粘着剤層40を形成した。
上記各実施例及び比較例に対してESD機能、粘着剤のずれ現象、経時変化を測定した。測定方法は、次のとおりである。

Claims (11)
- 基材フィルム及び前記基材フィルムの裏側に形成される粘着剤層を含む表面保護フィルムであって、
前記基材フィルムの裏側面上と前記粘着剤層との間に、ウレタン系またはアクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して、伝導性微粒子であるATO(Antimony tin oxide)を40〜100重量部含む基材フィルム裏側表面コーティング層が形成され、
前記伝導性微粒子であるATOの平均粒径は、0.01〜1μmであり、
前記基材フィルム裏側表面コーティング層は、1〜20μmの範囲で塗布され、
前記基材フィルムの表側面上には導電性高分子を含む第1追加コーティング層が形成され、
前記第1追加コーティング層のコーティング液は、コーティング液総組成物100重量部に対してフッ素系化合物を10〜25重量部含むことを特徴とする表面保護フィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層が帯電防止剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記第1追加コーティング層は、汚染防止剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記第1追加コーティング層の基材フィルムとの接触角は、110°以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記第1追加コーティング層は、ゴム系樹脂をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムは、延伸前に帯電防止剤を塗布した後に二軸延伸したポリオレフィン樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記ウレタン系またはアクリル系樹脂は、紫外線硬化ウレタンアクリレート樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルム裏側表面コーティング層が形成された表面保護フィルムのヘイズは、1%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルム裏側表面コーティング層は、表面抵抗が106〜109Ω/□であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記第1追加コーティング層が形成された表面保護フィルムのヘイズは、3%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記第1追加コーティング層の表面抵抗が106〜108Ω/□であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
