Description
Claims (16)
- (a)全配合物1000gに対して0.001〜5モルの、50〜290の分子量を有す
る溶解形態のエポキシド;
(b)固体として、接着剤配合物の総重量を基準として0.1〜20重量%の完全か又は部分的にブロック化されているイソシアネート;及び
(c)固体として、接着剤配合物の総重量を基準として0.1〜40重量%のレゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL);
を含む、強化ポリマー生成物の製造用の、強化層の処理のための、1〜50重量%の固体含量を有する水性分散液の形態の接着剤配合物であって、
1工程浸漬配合物である、上記接着剤配合物。 - 固体含量が5〜30重量%である、請求項1に記載の接着剤配合物。
- 全配合物1000gに対して0.002〜0.20モルの、溶解形態のエポキシドを含
む、請求項1又は2に記載の接着剤配合物。 - エポキシドが、ポリグリシジルエーテル、エポキシ−ノボラック樹脂、多官能性アルキ
レンエポキシド、ジグリシドエーテル、及びビスフェノール−Aをベースとする樹脂の群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接着剤配合物。 - 配合物が、触媒として、全配合物1000gに対して0.0001〜0.1モルの、溶
解形態の金属化合物を含み、触媒が、金属亜鉛、ストロンチウム、カドミウム、ナトリウム、セシウム、カリウム、銀、バリウム、チタン、クロム、スズ、アンチモン、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、セリウム、ウラン、銅、カルシウム、亜鉛、鉛、及びジルコニウムから選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤配合物。 - 触媒が、酢酸亜鉛、アセチルアセトン酸亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、塩化亜鉛、炭酸亜鉛、及び/
又は硫酸亜鉛から選択される亜鉛化合物である、請求項5に記載の接着剤配合物。 - イソシアネートがラクタムによってブロック化されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに
記載の接着剤配合物。 - イソシアネートが、4,4−ジイソシアネート−ジフェニルメタン(MDI)、及び/
又はトルエンジイソシアネート(TDI)、及び/又はナフチルジイソシアネート(NDI)から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接着剤配合物。 - 更に添加剤及び/又は分散剤を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接着剤配合物。
- 固体として、接着剤配合物の総重量を基準として0.1〜10重量%のブロック化又は部分的にブロック化されているイソシアネート、並びに固体として、接着剤配合物の総重量を基準として10〜25重量%のRFLを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか
に記載の接着剤配合物。 - イソシアネート固体の粒径が<5μmである、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の接着
剤配合物。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の接着剤配合物を用いて処理を行うことを特徴とする、強化ポリマー生成物を製造するための、強化層を処理する方法。
- 強化層がタイヤコードである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 接着剤配合物を、個々の成分を混合することによって、処理の直前に調製する、請求項
12又は13に記載の方法。 - 接着剤配合物を、成分(a)及び(b)を有する混合物として既に存在している配合物
中に成分(c)(RFL)を混合することによって、適用の直前に調製する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。 - 非活性化タイヤコードを処理する、請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
