Description
1つの方法段階によれば、図5bに示すように、外レース5が、まず端部区域13の材料から第2の端部16の半径方向折り曲げにより、軸線方向ストッパ5dに当接して、支持体3又は支持体素子3bに取付けられる。それからこの段階に、開口19が塑性変形により第1の軸受座12へ縮小されて、第1の軸受座12により第1の端部区域11が包囲される、別の段階が続く。この状態が図5cに示されている。最後に外レース5が、端部区域11の材料から第1の端部15の半径方向折り曲げにより、軸線方向ストッパ5dに当接して、支持体3又は支持体素子3bに取付けられるので、図1に示す半組立て品2が得られる。
別の方法段階によれば、図5aに示すように、外レース5がまず支持体素子3aと3bの間に軸線方向に保持される。そのため開口19が、塑性変形により第1の軸受座12へ縮小されて、第1の軸受座12が第1の端部区域11を包囲するようにする。最後に外レース5が、端部区域11の材料から第1の端部15の半径方向折り曲げにより、かつ時間をずらされるか又は同時に結合突起13の材料から第2の端部16の半径方向折り曲げにより、軸線方向ストッパ5dに当接して、支持体3又は支持体素子3a又は3bに取付けられるので、図1に示す半組立て品2が得られる。

Claims (5)
- 車輪軸受(4)及び車両側で固定した少なくとも1つの支持体(3)から成る装置(1)であって、車輪軸受(4)が、少なくとも1つの外側部分(5)により、支持体(3)の板成形部品の軸線方向通過口(25)として形成される少なくとも1つの軸受座(12,14)に固定的にはまっており、外側部分(5)の少なくとも1つの端部区域(11,13)が、少なくとも通過口の近くで塑性的に半径方向に折り曲げられて、端部区域(11,13)が支持体(3)に軸線方向に係合しているものにおいて、通過口(25)が半径方向狭隘個所(22)を持ち、通過口(25)の半径方向内側断面が、通過口の内側区域において、狭隘個所(22)に対する軸線方向間隔の減少と共に次第に減少し、内側断面が狭隘個所(22)の方向に減少し始める個所から狭隘個所(22)までの軸線方向間隔が、軸受回転軸線(1a)と同じに向けられる通過口(25)の最大軸線方向幅の半分に一致し、軸受座(12,14)にはまる車輪軸受(4)の外側部分(5)の軸受座(12,14)により包囲される外側輪郭が、前記減少し始める個所から狭隘個所(22)まで通過口(25)の内側輪郭に当接し、内側輪郭が狭隘個所(22)において軸受回転軸線(1a)の周りを取巻いて半径方向に最も大きく通過口(25)へ入り込むように、内側輪郭が球状に形成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 外側部分(5)が、通過口(25)の内側輪郭(21)と一致しかつ少なくとも部分的に塑性的に内側輪郭(21)へ向かって変形される外側輪郭を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 外側部分(5)が、転動体(9)用の少なくとも1つの転動路(5a)を持つ車輪軸受(4)の外レース(5)であり、少なくとも端部区域(11,13)が、車輪軸受(4)の軸受回転軸線(1a)の周りに回転対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 2つの通過口が支持体(3)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 支持体(3)が少なくとも2つの板成形部品を持ち、各成形部品が軸受座(12,14)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
