Description
本発明は、軽量の航空機床材のための新規の構造体および装置に関する。
当初は、自然から得られる比較的軽量の材料、たとえば木材が、航空機を製造するのに使用される最も一般的な材料であった。しかしながら、新たな合金の開発とともに、航空機製造産業は、木工品産業から金属成形産業へとシフトした。
1局面において、航空機用の軽量複合材料からなる一体化された床材は、最上層被覆部と、最下層被覆部と、最上層被覆部と最下層被覆部との間に配置された第1の構造用コアとを含み、第1の構造用コアはハニカム複合材料からなる。

Claims (11)
- 航空機用の軽量複合材料からなる一体化された床材であって、
最上層被覆部と、
前記最上層被覆部の下方に配置された最下層被覆部と、
前記最上層被覆部と前記最下層被覆部との間に配置された第1の構造用コアと、
前記最上層被覆部と第1の構造用コアとの間に配置された第2の構造用コアとを含み、
前記一体化された床材の長さに沿って延びる1つ以上の取付構造体をさらに含み、
各取付構造体は、外部構造体を前記一体化された床材に固定するのに役立つように、一体化された固定構造体及びはめ込み構造が中に形成された金属片を含み、
各取付構造体は中空の管を含み、
前記第1及び第2の構造用コアはハニカム複合材料からなり、前記第2の構造用コアは前記第1の構造用コアより密度が高い、
航空機用の軽量複合材料からなる一体化された床材。 - 各取付構造体は、少なくとも1つの座席を前記一体化された床材に固定するのに役立つように構成される、請求項1に記載の一体化された床材。
- 前記一体化された床材の長さに沿って延びる1つ以上の第1のストラップをさらに含み、各第1のストラップは各中空の管の上方にある、請求項1又は2に記載の一体化された床材。
- 前記一体化された床材の長さに沿って延びる1つ以上の第2のストラップをさらに含み、各第2のストラップは各中空の管の下方にある、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の一体化された床材。
- 前記第1の構造用コアと第2の構造用コアとの間に、さらに隔壁を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の一体化された床材。
- 各取付構造体は、自身の金属片の下方に配置された第2の構造用コアを含み、各第2の構造用コアは、ハニカム複合材料からなり、前記第1の構造用コアより密度が高い、請求項5に記載の一体化された床材。
- 前記最上層被覆部は、チタン箔シート、チタン−CFRP積層体、ガラス繊維積層体、炭素繊維強化プラスチックシートおよび熱可塑性シートのうち少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の一体化された床材。
- 前記最下層被覆部の下方に配置され、前記一体化された床材の幅に沿って延びる1つ以上の床ビームをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の一体化された床材。
- 各複合床ビームは、実質的に平坦な薄い部分を含み、この部分の面は前記最下層被覆部の面に対して実質的に直角をなす、請求項8に記載の一体化された床材。
- 各複合床ビームは、ハニカムコアと、前記ハニカムコアを覆うウェブとを含む、請求項9に記載の一体化された床材。
- 床ビームと取付構造体との交差ノードに位置する強化手段をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の一体化された床材。
