Claims (8)
- 駆動軸、該駆動軸で駆動するドライブディスク、及び該ドライブディスクで駆動するクラッチホィール組立体を備える自動無段変速装置であって、前記駆動軸の外面には、2つの平行なガイドスロットを設けており、前記駆動軸を、偏心板の切欠部に、前記ガイドスロットの位置で受容し、前記偏心板の前記切欠部により、該ガイドスロットに当接し、前記偏心板を該ガイドスロットに平行にのみ移動可能にする2平行部分を画定し、圧縮可能な弾性調節機構を、前記偏心板の内側と前記駆動軸の外面との間に配置し、前記ドライブディスクを、ベアリングを介して前記偏心板に実装し、それにより前記偏心板は、前記弾性調節機構で調節されつつ、前記駆動軸の軸に向かい垂直方向に偏心運動を行い、前記ドライブディスクを駆動して、対応する偏心運動を行わせること、を特徴とする自動無段変速装置。
- 前記偏心板の前記切欠部で、前記駆動軸の外面と嵌合する前記平行部分の端部間に延在する弧部分を更に画定すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記弾性調節機構をばね又はゴムの形とし、前記偏心板の内側と前記駆動軸の外面との間に配置すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記偏心板の内側には第1凹部を設け、前記駆動軸には、該第1凹部と対向して第2凹部を設け、前記ばね又はゴムを、前記第1及び第2凹部で受容すること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記弾性調節機構を、前記駆動軸に設けたチャンバ、及び前記偏心板に連結したピストンの形とし、該チャンバには気体又は液体を所定の圧力で充填すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記弾性調節機構を、前記偏心板に設けたチャンバ、及び前記駆動軸に連結したピストンの形とし、該チャンバには気体又は液体を所定の圧力で充填すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記ドライブディスクの最大偏心量を、前記ベアリングの内径と前記駆動軸の直径との差の半分とすること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動無段変速装置。
- 前記ドライブディスクの最小偏心量を、前記ガイドスロットと平行する中心線での前記偏心板の厚みとすること、を特徴とする請求項7に記載の自動無段変速装置。
