Description
伝熱部の上端よりも高い位置にあるとしたものである。
本発明の実施の形態1に係る蓄熱装置の見取り図を図1に示す。本発明の実施の形態1に係る蓄熱装置1は、空気調和装置の圧縮機の外殻に当接して用いられ、圧縮機の廃熱を蓄積し利用するためのもので、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)樹脂から成形された蓄熱槽2および蓋部3と、それらに囲まれる空間に封入された蓄熱熱交換器5からなり、蓄熱槽内に没入した接続配管68によって空気調和機の冷媒配管に連結されている。蓄熱材は液体で構成され、本実施の形態では水を含有するエチレングリコール溶液が充填されている。蓄熱熱交換器5は蓄熱材から得られる熱を利用して冷媒の加熱に用いられる。図1において便宜的に斜破線で表記した部分は本実施の形態における伝熱部4を示す。伝
熱部4は、蓄熱槽2を構成する外殻(隔壁)の一部であり、蓄熱槽2と同様の材質で一体的に成形されている。蓄熱装置1において熱源である圧縮機の外殻と当接し、熱源との熱の授受に供せられる。伝熱部4の上端は、図1に示されるように蓄熱装置1の上端よりも低い位置に置かれている。

Claims (3)
- 液体で構成され、熱源からの熱を蓄熱する蓄熱材と、前記蓄熱材を内部に保持する蓄熱槽と、前記蓄熱槽の外殻を形成する壁部であって、前記熱源と前記蓄熱材との間の伝熱を担う伝熱部と、を備え、前記蓄熱槽の内部に、前記蓄熱材と熱交換を行わせる熱交換器を備え、前記蓄熱槽は、前記蓄熱槽の上端が前記伝熱部の上端よりも高い位置にあり、且つ前記熱交換器の上端が前記伝熱部の上端よりも高い位置にあることを特徴とする蓄熱装置。
- 前記蓄熱槽の下端が前記熱源の下端よりも高い位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の蓄熱装置を備えることを特徴とする空気調和機。
