Claims (4)
- コイルを備えるステータと、永久磁石及び羽根車を備えて回転自在に支持されている回転子とを有して、射出成形で形成された上記回転子の永久磁石が異方性ボンド磁石からなるポンプであって、内周が軸受を介して回転自在に支持される上記回転子は軸方向に貫通する環流穴を備えているとともに、該環流穴は、回転子の射出成形の際に生じるウェルド部と異方性ボンド磁石である永久磁石の磁極間とに重ならない位置に設けられていることを特徴とするポンプ。
- 前記還流穴は、回転子における着磁されて永久磁石となっている部分よりも内周側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 前記還流穴は、回転子の周方向において複数個が等間隔に設けられている設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記回転子は、再着磁用機材とのラジアル方向の位置決めのための位置決め部を備えるとともに、上記位置決め部は、上記ウェルド部と上記磁極間とに重ならない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプ。
