ここに、K:小鍔リングの線膨張係数(1/℃)、d:小鍔リングの室温での最小内径(mm)、ΔT:小鍔リングの温度上昇量(℃)、B:小鍔リングの幅(mm)である。また、小鍔リングの線膨張係数Kは材質によって異なり、銅合金:18×10−6、アルミ合金:24×10−6、ポリアミド66:80×10−6、ポリアミド11:150×10−6である。

Claims (2)
- 外周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する外輪と、これらの両軌道輪の間に組み込まれる複数の円すいころと、各円すいころを転動自在に保持する保持器とを備え、前記内輪の大径側端部に大鍔を一体形成し、前記内輪の小径側端部に内輪と別体に形成した小鍔リングを嵌め込んだ円すいころ軸受において、
前記内輪の小径側端部に内輪中央側から側端に向かって先太りとなるテーパ部を設けるとともに、前記内輪の小径側端部と中央部との間に内輪小径側に面する段差面を設け、
前記小鍔リングは、前記内輪よりも線膨張係数が大きく、その内周面には内輪のテーパ部と同じテーパ角度のテーパ面が形成され、その一側端面を前記内輪の段差面に当接させた状態で内輪のテーパ部に焼き嵌めされるものとし、
前記内輪のテーパ部および小鍔リングのテーパ面のテーパ角度をαとし、前記小鍔リングの線膨張係数をK、室温での最小内径をd、焼き嵌め時の温度上昇量をΔT、幅をBとするとき、前記テーパ角度αを下記(1)式が成立する範囲で設定したことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
α<tan −1 (K×d×ΔT/(2×B))・・・(1) - 前記小鍔リングの材質を、銅合金、アルミ合金、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド11のうちのいずれかとしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
