Claims (2)
- 支持部から伸びた平板状で上面外縁の自由端先端部の一点のみに鋭角の角部を有するレバー部と、
該レバー部の前記角部の先端に、真空チャンバー内で、カーボン化合物を供給しながら、あるいは前記レバー部にカーボン化合物をコーティングした後、高エネルギービームを照射することにより形成された一本の直線状のカーボンナノファイバー細線と、を有することを特徴とするカーボンナノファイバー探針カンチレバー。 - 請求項1に記載のカーボンナノファイバー探針カンチレバーであって、
前記レバー部は、金属材料からなる。
