Claims (19)
- 活物質が塗布された集電体の少なくとも一端部に無地部が形成された第1電極と、
活物質が塗布された集電体の少なくとも一端部に無地部が形成された第2電極と、
前記第1電極及び第2電極の間に介在するセパレータと、
を含み、
前記第1電極の無地部のバリが発生する部分と、第2電極で前記第1電極の無地部のバリ発生領域に対応する領域との間には、絶縁部材が具備され、
前記第1電極の無地部および前記第1電極の活物質の塗布領域の双方が前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域に対向し、
前記第1電極の無地部と前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域の間、および前記第1電極の活物質の塗布領域と前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域の間の双方に前記絶縁部材が介在する、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極の無地部と対応する前記第2電極の対応領域の長さ分付着した、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極の無地部と対応する前記第2電極の対応領域の長さよりも長く付着した、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極の先端無地部または後端無地部に付着するか、または第1電極の先端及び後端無地部に同時に付着した、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1電極の先端無地部または後端無地部と対応する第2電極の対応領域に個別的に付着するか、または同時に付着した、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極が陽極で、前記第2電極が陰極である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極の集電体はアルミニウム(Al)からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2電極の集電体は銅(Cu)からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータの厚さは3〜14μmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材の材質は、有機物、無機物、及び有機‐無機複合体のうちから選択されるいずれか一つである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極は陽極で、前記第2電極は陰極であり、
前記第1電極の無地部と前記第2電極の活物質が対応する位置で、前記第2電極の長さより長く前記絶縁部材が前記第1電極の無地部に形成された、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 活物質が塗布された集電体の少なくとも一端部に無地部が形成された第1電極と、
活物質が塗布された集電体の少なくとも一端部に無地部が形成された第2電極と、
前記第1電極及び第2電極の間に介在するセパレータと、
を含み、
前記第1電極、セパレータ及び第2電極の巻回後端で、前記第1電極の無地部に絶縁部材が付着し、
前記第1電極の無地部および前記第1電極の活物質の塗布領域の双方が前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域に対向し、
前記第1電極の無地部と前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域の間、および前記第1電極の活物質の塗布領域と前記第2電極の活物質の塗布領域の間の双方に前記絶縁部材が介在する、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記第2電極と対応する長さ分前記第1電極の無地部に付着した、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第2電極と対応する長さよりも長く前記第1電極の無地部に付着した、請求項12又は13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極が陽極で、前記第2電極が陰極である、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極が陰極で、前記第2電極が陽極である、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陽極の集電体はアルミニウム(Al)からなる、請求項15または16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記陰極の集電体は銅(Cu)からなる、請求項15または16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータの厚さは3〜14μmである、請求項12〜18のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
