Claims (2)
- 精密に整合されたCT検出器モジュール(50)を容易にかつ正確に組み立て、該CT検出器モジュール(50)をCTイメージングシステム(10)の動作時に回転する支持レールに連結する方法であって、
少なくとも2つの平行な面を有する支持構造体(52)と、前記支持構造体(52)とコリメータ組立体(59)との間に配置される一対のスペーサ(56)と、一対の整合ピン(55)とを互いに整合させて、支持構造体サブアセンブリを形成する段階であって、前記支持構造体(52)が中心部分に細長い貫通したスロット(61)を有し、両端部の各々に第1の開口(60)を有する長方形の部材片であり、前記一対のスペーサ(56)の各々が第2の開口(62)を備える端部を有し、前記一対の整合ピン(55)が前記支持構造体(52)の前記第1の開口(60)と、前記一対のスペーサ(56)の前記第2の開口(62)を貫通する、前記段階と、
少なくとも1つのダイオード(57)と電子コネクタ(54)とを含む複数の検出器部品を前記一対のスペーサ(56)の間であって前記スロット(61)の位置において前記支持構造体サブアセンブリに連結する段階と、
前記コリメータ組立体(59)の開口部を、前記支持構造体サブアセンブリの前記一対の整合ピン(55)に対して精密に整合させて、前記CT検出器モジュール(50)を形成する段階であって、前記一対の整合ピン(55)が前記支持構造体(52)の表面を越えて突出する、前記段階と、
次いで、複数の前記検出器モジュールを、CTイメージングシステム(10)に連結する段階を更に含み、前記CTイメージングシステム(10)が、該CTイメージングシステム(10)の前記支持レール内のスロットを介して、前記支持構造体(52)の表面を越えて突出する前記一対の整合ピン(55)に対して精密に整合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数の検出器部品が、さらに、少なくとも1つのシンチレータパック(58)を含み、前記電子コネクタ(54)が、前記少なくとも1つのダイオード(57)及びデータ収集システムに連結され、前記少なくとも1つのシンチレータパック(58)が、前記少なくとも1つのダイオード(57)に連結されており、
前記電子コネクタ(54)の自由端が、前記細長いスロット(61)を通り、前記電子コネクタ(54)の前記自由端が、電気信号を前記ダイオード(57)からデータ収集システムへ伝送する、
