Claims (6)
- 加熱された予備成形物をブロー成形すること、又はストレッチブロー成形することによって製造された熱可塑性材料からなる容器(1)、特にボトルであって、
前記容器は、ベース部(2)と、本体(4)に接続されたネック部(3)と、を有し、
前記ネック部(3)及び前記ベース部(2)は、剛性であり、
前記本体(4)は、前記ベース部(2)及び前記ネック部(3)とそれぞれ接着領域を形成している軸方向下部(6)及び軸方向上部(7)によって配置された軸方向中央部(5)を含む容器(1)において、
前記軸方向上部(7)及び前記軸方向下部(6)は、回転形状の円筒形状であり、
前記軸方向下部(6)及び前記軸方向上部(7)は、形状記憶で変形可能であり、それによって、液体内容物が容器の内容積の略全体を占有する状態で、前記容器が閉鎖される場合に、前記軸方向下部(6)及び前記軸方向上部(7)は、外部圧力のために変形される場合に、不可逆的な変形を受けることなく、液体内容物の静水圧力下で、それらの初期形状に戻り、
前記軸方向下部(6)及び前記軸方向上部(7)は、レリーフによって硬化されていない領域(11)と交互になるレリーフによって硬化された領域(10)を有し、レリーフによって硬化されていない領域(11)が、レリーフによって硬化された領域(10)に対して旋回領域を形成し、
前記軸方向中央部(5)は、剛性を有する中央部分であり、且つ、その目的のために、前記軸方向下部(6)及び前記軸方向上部(7)の厚さより大きい厚さを有し、
前記軸方向中央部(5)は、把持領域を構成しており、前記容器の手での把持を可能にするのに十分である容器の高さに亘って延在することを特徴とする容器。 - 前記軸方向中央部(5)は、少なくとも1つの環状溝(9)の形態である補強手段(8)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、PETであり、前記軸方向下部(6)及び軸方向上部(7)の厚さは、0.12mmに実質的に満たないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、PETであり、前記軸方向中央部(5)の厚さは、0.15mmに実質的に満たないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記軸方向中央部(5)は、3mmより実質的に小さい撓みで、1.5daNより実質的に小さい力を放射状に耐えるために適合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記軸方向中央部(5)は、前記軸方向上部(7)及び前記軸方向下部(6)の横断方向の寸法より実質的に小さい横断方向の寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
