Claims (8)
- 長手方向軸線を備えた固定組立体において、前記固定組立体は、
第一プレートと、この第一プレートに係合可能な第二プレートと、を有し、
前記第一プレートは、上面および下面を有し、かつ、第一ファスナを受入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの第一ファスナ孔を有する第一プレートを備え、前記第一ファスナ孔は、前記上面から前記下面を貫通して延びており、さらに、前記第一プレートは、前記第二プレートに対して近い側に位置する第一列の歯と、前記第二プレートに対して遠い側に位置する第二列の歯と、を備えた複数列の歯と、前記第一プレートの前記下面に設けられた少なくとも1つの傾斜面とを有しており、前記複数列の歯の第一列の歯が第一ベース高さを有し、前記複数列の歯の第二列の歯が、前記第一ベース高さから徐々に高くなる第二ベース高さを有し、
前記第二プレートは、上面および下面を有し、かつ、第二ファスナを受入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの第二ファスナ孔と、前記下面に設けられた弾性固定要素とを有しており、前記弾性固定要素は、タブと、係合隆起部とを有しており、前記タブと前記係合隆起部は、前記第一プレートと前記第二プレートを一体に連結するように、前記複数列の歯の少なくとも1つの歯と係合可能であり、
前記第二プレートは、前記第一プレートに対して長手方向軸線に沿って移動できるように構成され、
前記弾性固定要素と連続した歯の列とを係合させるのに必要な押圧力は、前記第二プレートが長手方向軸線に沿って移動するにつれて増大するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする固定組立体。 - 前記第一プレート及び前記第二プレートの少なくとも一方に取り付けられる第三プレートを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定組立体。
- 前記複数列の歯は、更に、前記第二列の歯よりも前記第二プレートに対して遠い側に位置する第三列の歯を有し、この第三列の歯は、前記第二ベース高さから徐々に高くなる第三ベース高さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定組立体。
- 前記第一ファスナ及び前記第二ファスナの少なくとも一方は、骨スクリュウであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定組立体。
- 前記骨スクリュウは、セルフドリリング骨スクリュウであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の固定組立体。
- 前記骨スクリュウは、セルフタッピング骨スクリュウであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の固定組立体。
- 前記骨スクリュウは、第一ファスナ孔及び第二ファスナ孔の少なくとも一方のファスナ孔内で可動であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の固定組立体。
- 前記第一プレートおよび前記第二プレートの各々が、窓を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定組立体。
