Description

Claims (8)
- 長手方向軸線を有する固定システムであって、該固定システムは、
1つ以上のファスナを受入れることができる第一キャリジ要素を有し、該第一キャリジ要素は、少なくとも1つの固定要素が配置された第一チャネルと、少なくとも1つの固定要素が配置された第二チャネルと、を備え、前記第一チャネルおよび前記第二チャネルは、前記長手方向軸線の両側に形成されており、
第二キャリッジ要素をさらに有し、該第二キャリジ要素は、少なくとも1つの固定要素が配置された第三チャネルと、少なくとも1つの固定要素が配置された第四チャネルと、を備え、前記第三チャネルおよび前記第四チャネルは、前記長手方向軸線の両側に形成されており、
本体部分と、第一アームと、第二アームと、第三アームと、第四アームと、を備えた第一プレートを更に有し、前記第一アームおよび前記第三アームは、前記長手方向の一方の側で前記本体部分から実質的に横方向に延びており、前記第一アームは第一係合部分を備え、該第一係合部分は、前記第一チャネルの少なくとも1つの固定要素と係合するように構成された一連のリッジを備え、前記第二アームは第二係合部分を備え、該第二係合部分は、前記第二チャネルの少なくとも1つの固定要素と係合するように構成された一連のリッジを備え、前記第三アームは第三係合部分を備え、該第三係合部分は、前記第三チャネルの少なくとも1つの固定要素と係合するように構成された一連のリッジを備え、前記第四アームは第四係合部分を備え、該第四係合部分は、前記第四チャネルの少なくとも1つの固定要素と係合するように構成された一連のリッジを備え、前記固定要素の各々は、2つの弧状プロングと、保持要素とを備える係合クリップを含み、前記弧状プロングの少なくとも一部は、前記それぞれのチャネルに形成された溝に係合し、
前記第一キャリジ要素および前記第二キャリジ要素は、第一プレートに対して軸線方向の一方向のみに並進するように構成されていることを特徴とする固定システム。 - 前記第一キャリジ要素および前記第二キャリジ要素は、手術部位で並進できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 前記第一キャリジ要素は第一骨セグメントに関連するように構成され、第二キャリジ要素は第二骨セグメントに関連するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 前記第一骨セグメントおよび第二骨セグメントは、互いに隣接する椎骨であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の固定システム。
- 前記固定要素は、並進中に拡大および収縮するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 前記リッジは漸次抵抗を付与するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 前記第一キャリジ要素は、骨ファスナを受入れるための少なくとも1つのファスナ孔を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
- 前記第一プレートおよび前記第一および第二キャリジ要素は、所望の身体部位に所望の身体部位に適合するように湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固定システム。
