Abstract

1.- Un sistema de fijación que comprende: un primer elemento portador capaz de recibir uno o más elementos de sujeción ósea, y que tiene un primer canal con por lo menos un elemento de anclaje dispuesto en su interior; una primera placa que tiene un primer brazo insertable en un canal; en donde el primer brazo tiene una primera porción de enganche, la cual primera porción de enganche tiene una serie de crestas configuradas para enganchar un elemento de anclaje; y en donde el primer elemento portador está configurado para trasladarse axialmente en una sola dirección con respecto a la primera placa. 2.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, en donde se permite que el primer elemento portador se traslade in situ. 3.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, en donde la primera placa tiene un segundo brazo que tiene una segunda porción de enganche insertable en el primer elemento portador. 4.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, en donde el primer canal tiene un surco configurado para recibir una porción de un elemento de anclaje. 5.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, en donde el elemento de anclaje es una grapa de enganche. 6.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, que además comprende un segundo elemento portador. 7.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 6, en donde el primer elemento portador está configurado para asociarse con un primer segmento óseo, y el segundo elemento portador está configurado para asociarse con un segundo segmento óseo. 8.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 7, en donde el primero y el segundo segmento óseos son vértebras adyacentes. 9.- El sistema de osteosíntesis de la reivindicación 1, en donde el elemento de anclaje está configurado para expandirse y retraerse durante la traslación.
