Claims (6)
- アルミニウム板を備える密閉型電池用正極蓋であって、前記アルミニウム板は前記アルミニウム板を貫通する中抜き箇所を有し、前記中抜き箇所にはニッケル板が挿入されていることを特徴とする密閉型電池用正極蓋。
- 前記アルミニウム板は前記中抜き箇所に、前記ニッケル板が前記中抜き箇所を貫通して抜けないように係止する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の密閉型電池用正極蓋。
- 前記ニッケル板は、前記中抜き箇所に挿入される前に、前記中抜き箇所の寸法より外形寸法が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の密閉型電池用正極蓋。
- 前記ニッケル板は、圧入により前記中抜き箇所に挿入されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型電池用正極蓋。
- 前記ニッケル板は、前記アルミニウム板に熱負荷が加えられた状態で前記中抜き箇所に挿入され、前記アルミニウム板が冷却されることで前記アルミニウム板が収縮して前記中抜き箇所に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型電池用正極蓋。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の正極蓋を、電池要素を収納した電池缶に溶接したことを特徴とする密閉型電池。
