Claims (2)
- 内部を伝搬するレーザ光を波長変換する非線形光学結晶と、
前記非線形光学結晶から出射したレーザ光を、偏向して前記非線形光学結晶に再入射させ、前記非線形光学結晶から出射する前の前記レーザ光と逆方向に所定の間隔を置いて平行に伝搬させる光偏向部と、
前記非線形光学結晶に再入射する前の前記レーザ光から、前記非線形光学結晶内で波長変換されたレーザ光を分離する光分離部と、
前記非線形光学結晶に再入射し、前記非線形光学結晶から再出射したレーザ光から、前記非線形光学結晶内で波長変換されたレーザ光を分離する第2の光分離部と、
前記光分離部で分離されたレーザ光と、前記第2の光分離部で分離されたレーザ光とを合成する光学系と、を有し、
前記光分離部は、
前記非線形光学結晶内で波長変換されたレーザ光に対して反射性を有し、前記非線形光学結晶内で波長変換されていないレーザ光に対して透過性を有する、ダイクロイックミラーを含む、
波長変換装置。 - 前記ダイクロイックミラーは、
前記光偏向部で偏向される前のレーザ光の光路および前記光偏向部で偏向された後のレーザ光の光路の両方と交わる、
請求項1記載の波長変換装置。
