Claims (4)
- カソード電極が第2電源に接続される有機発光ダイオードと、
第1電極に接続された第1電源から前記有機発光ダイオードに流れる電流量を制御する第2トランジスタと、
前記第2トランジスタのゲート電極に第1端子が接続される第1キャパシタと、
前記第1キャパシタの第2端子とデータ線との間に接続され、走査線に走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされる第1トランジスタと、
前記第2トランジスタのゲート電極と第2電極との間に接続され、前記第1トランジスタとターンオン時間が重畳しない第3トランジスタとを備え、
前記第3トランジスタは、前記第1トランジスタより長い時間の間にターンオンされ、
基準電源と前記第1キャパシタの第2端子との間に接続され、前記第3トランジスタと同時にターンオン又はターンオフされる第4トランジスタと、
前記第2トランジスタの第2電極と前記有機発光ダイオードとの間に接続され、前記第3トランジスタとターンオン時間が一部重畳する第5トランジスタとを備え、
前記第1トランジスタは、前記第5トランジスタとターンオン時間が重畳し、
前記第5トランジスタは、前記第3トランジスタがターンオンされた後にターンオンされ、
前記第5トランジスタ及び第3トランジスタの各々は、3H以上の期間にターンオンされることを特徴とする画素。 - 前記第1トランジスタは、前記第5トランジスタがターンオフされた後にターンオンされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。
- 前記第5トランジスタ及び第3トランジスタは、1Hを超える期間にターンオン時間が重畳することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。
- 前記第1キャパシタの第2端子と前記第1電源との間に接続される第2キャパシタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。
