Claims (5)
- 複数の伝熱管が、管長手方向をそれぞれ鉛直な姿勢にした状態で、管径方向に沿ってパネル状に配列され、その上部および下部にヘッダーが設けられてなる熱交換パネルを有し、このパネルの両面に沿って熱媒体を流下させるためのトラフを備え、当該トラフから前記熱交換パネルの両面に沿って熱媒体を流下させることにより前記伝熱管内を通過する低温流体を昇温、または気化させる加熱・気化装置であって、
前記熱交換パネルは複数並列に配置され、これら複数の熱交換パネルの上部および下部の各ヘッダーはそれぞれ上部および下部のマニホールドに接続されており、
前記ヘッダーの入口側および/または前記マニホールドの入口手前に、前記熱交換パネルへの低温流体の供給または停止を切替えるための調節弁が取り付けられ、
前記低温流体が液化天然ガスであり、前記熱媒体として循環水を流下させて液化天然ガスを気化させ、
前記トラフに、低温流体が供給されている前記熱交換パネルのみに熱媒体を流下させるための調節弁が取り付けられていることを特徴とする低温流体の加熱・気化装置。 - 前記循環水が、加熱用熱媒体として前記熱交換パネルの両面に沿って流下した後で冷却用熱媒体として利用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温流体の加熱・気化装置。
- 請求項1に記載の低温流体の加熱・気化装置の運転方法であって、
ヘッダーを経由して伝熱管内へ供給される低温流体の流量の変化に応じて、定常負荷時における流量が維持されるように、前記ヘッダーの入口側および/または前記マニホールドの入口手前に取り付けられている調節弁を操作するとともに、
前記トラフに取り付けられている調節弁を操作して低温流体が供給されている前記熱交換パネルのみに熱媒体を流下させることを特徴とする低温流体の加熱・気化装置の運転方法。 - 前記伝熱管内へ導入される低温流体の流量が減少したとき、その減少量に応じて前記ヘッダーの入口側および/または前記マニホールドの入口手前に取り付けられている調節弁を閉じるとともに、
前記トラフに取り付けられている調節弁を操作して低温流体を供給しない前記熱交換パネルへの熱媒体の供給を停止することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の低温流体の加熱・気化装置の運転方法。 - 前記循環水を、加熱用熱媒体として前記熱交換パネルの両面に沿って流下させた後で冷却用熱媒体として利用することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の低温流体の加熱・気化装置の運転方法。
