Description
以下、本発明の耐火被覆材について詳細に説明する。
セメントとして、市販のポルトランドセメント(比重:3.16、比表面積:3300cm2/g)を用いた。
パルプ繊維として、製紙工場から排出されるパルプスラッジの乾燥物を用いた。
ハロゲン化金属化合物として、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化マグネシウム及び塩化カルシウムの重量比1:1:1:1の混合物をイオン水に50重量%溶解したものを用いた。
断熱助剤として、石灰を用いた。
コンクリートボンドとして、市販のアクリル樹脂系コンクリートボンドを用いた。
即ち、本実施例に係る耐火被覆材は、前記実施例1に係る耐火被覆材に、耐火助剤を配合したものである。
即ち、本実施例に係る耐火被覆材は、前記実施例1に係る耐火被覆材に、耐火助剤及びコンクリートボンドを配合したものである。
即ち、本比較例に係るスラリー状組成物においては、ハロゲン化金属化合物が配合されていないのである。
その経時的な温度変化を、下記表2に示す。
Claims (8)
- セメント100重量部と、パルプ繊維100〜200重量部と、ハロゲン化金属化合物5〜50重量部と、水50〜300重量部と、を具備する混合物からなることを特徴とする耐火被覆材。
- パルプ繊維が、ペーパースラッジである請求項1に記載の耐火被覆材。
- ハロゲン化金属化合物が、アルカリ金属ハロゲン塩及びアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン塩から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上である請求項1又は2に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 更に、耐火助剤を配合してなる請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 耐火助剤が、酸化金属化合物、水酸化金属化合物、炭酸化金属化合物、及び硫酸化金属化合物、及びこれらの金属化合物の水和物から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上である請求項4に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 更に、コンクリートボンドを配合してなる請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材を、各種対象物に対して塗布することにより耐火被覆の被膜を形成することを特徴とする耐火被覆材の塗工方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材を各種対象物に対して塗布することにより形成された耐火被覆の被膜であって、下記試験による鉄板の温度上昇を600℃以下に抑制させるものであることを特徴とする耐火被覆の被膜。
<試験>
厚さ3.2mmの鉄板の片側面に対して、耐火被覆の被膜を厚さ3mmにて形成して、試験片を作成する。耐火被覆の被膜を形成した表面側から、1700℃バーナー2本及び1400℃バーナー1本から噴出する燃焼炎を180分間放射した際の、鉄板の温度を測定する。
