Abstract
本発明は、鉄骨建築物の柱や梁の表面などに対して耐火性能を付与するための耐火被覆に関するものであり、比較的軽量で且つ高度な耐火性能を発現し、しかも吹き付け塗工などの簡単な塗布作業で適宜箇所に施工できる新規な耐火被覆材及びこの耐火被覆材の塗工方法を提供することを目的とする。
【解決手段】
セメント、パルプ繊維、ハロゲン化金属化合物、及び水の混合物からなることを特徴とする耐火被覆材及びこの耐火被覆材の塗工方法。
【選択図】 なし
Description
以下、本発明の耐火被覆材について詳細に説明する。
セメントとして、市販のポルトランドセメント(比重:3.16、比表面積:3300cm2/g)を用いた。
パルプ繊維として、製紙工場から排出されるパルプスラッジの乾燥物を用いた。
ハロゲン化金属化合物として、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化マグネシウム及び塩化カルシウムの重量比1:1:1:1の混合物をイオン水に50重量%溶解したものを用いた。
断熱助剤として、石灰を用いた。
コンクリートボンドとして、市販のアクリル樹脂系コンクリートボンドを用いた。
即ち、本実施例に係る耐火被覆材は、前記実施例1に係る耐火被覆材に、耐火助剤を配合したものである。
即ち、本実施例に係る耐火被覆材は、前記実施例1に係る耐火被覆材に、耐火助剤及びコンクリートボンドを配合したものである。
即ち、本比較例に係るスラリー状組成物においては、ハロゲン化金属化合物が配合されていないのである。
その経時的な温度変化を、下記表2に示す。
Claims (8)
- セメント、パルプ繊維、ハロゲン化金属化合物及び水の混合物からなることを特徴とする耐火被覆材。
- パルプ繊維が、ペーパースラッジである請求項1に記載の耐火被覆材。
- ハロゲン化金属化合物が、アルカリ金属ハロゲン塩及びアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン塩から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上である請求項1又は2に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 更に、耐火助剤を配合してなる請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 耐火助剤が、酸化金属化合物、水酸化金属化合物、炭酸化金属化合物、及び硫酸化金属化合物、及びこれらの金属化合物の水和物から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上である請求項4に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 耐火助剤が、酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム及びこれらの水和物から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上である請求項4に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 更に、コンクリートボンドを配合してなる請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の耐火被覆材を、各種対象物に対して塗布することにより耐火被覆を形成することを特徴とする耐火被覆材の塗工方法。
