Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(1)の排気システム(3)用の混合及び/又は気化装置であって、
筒状体(8)を有し、この筒状体は軸線方向の一方の端に複数の羽根(9)が配置されており、これらの羽根は円周方向において相互に近接して配置され、内側に放射状に突き出し、遮るもののない中央通路(10)を残す形になっており、
前記羽根(9)は前記軸線方向に角度がつけられており、
前記筒状体(8)は前記羽根(9)と共に単一の板金体(11)を成形することで製造され、
前記羽根(9)は前記円周方向において重なり合い、前記中心通路(10)を囲む、前記軸線方向に見通しの悪いリング状領域(12)を形成し、
前記羽根(9)は、前記見通しの悪いリング状領域(12)が前記筒状体(8)まで放射状に延びるように配置され、整えられており、
前記羽根(9)は折り曲げ部(13)で前記筒状体(8)から区切られ、前記羽根(9)の側面は前記軸線方向と直角に延びる平面内に位置し、
隣り合う前記羽根(9)同士は、前記軸線方向から見て隙間無く重なっていることを特徴とする混合及び/又は気化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
円周方向で近接する前記羽根(9)は、放射方向外側において前記折り曲げ部(13)のところで、丸め開口(15)を介して、互いに区切られ、前記筒状体(8)から区切られる。 - 請求項1または2に記載の装置であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記板金体(11)は、板金帯(16)の長手方向(18)に対し傾斜する平行な切れ目(17)で前記羽根(9)が互いに切り離される板金帯(16)であり、切り離された羽根(9)は、前記切れ目(17)と直角に延びる折り曲げ軸(20)の回りに折り曲げられる。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載された混合及び/又は気化装置(7)を製造する方法であって、
平らな板金帯(16)に、互いに平行に、且つ前記板金帯(16)の長手方向(18)に対し傾斜して延びる、横方向の切れ目(17)が設けられ、
前記切れ目(17)により形成された横断帯(19)は、前記各切れ目(17)を横切って延びる折り曲げ軸(20)の回りに、板金帯(16)の他の部分から折り曲げられ、
前記板金帯(16)は、前記折り曲げられた横断帯(19)が、放射状に内側を指す羽根(9)を形成し、前記板金帯(16)の残りの部分が、円周方向に閉じた筒状体(8)を形成する。 - 請求項4に記載の方法であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記切れ目(17)はそれぞれ丸い横断面を有する開口(15)で終わり、これらの開口(15)は、前、又は後、又は同時に、切り抜きで前記板金帯(16)に導入される。 - 内燃機関(1)の排気システムであって、
排気ガスを前記内燃機関(1)から排出する排気ライン(4)を有し、
液状抽出物を前記排気ライン(4)の中に噴霧するため、前記排気ライン(4)に配置された噴射装置(6)を有し、
前記噴射装置(6)の下流側に配置された、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の混合及び/又は気化装置(7)を有する、
排気システム。 - 請求項6に記載の排気システムであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記噴射装置(6)と前記混合及び/若しくは気化装置(7)は、前記噴射装置(6)が前記中央通路(10)の放射方向外側で前記羽根(9)を直撃する抽出物の噴流を生成するように置かれ、並びに/又は
前記噴射装置(6)と前記混合及び/若しくは気化装置(7)は、前記噴射装置(6)が前記見通しの悪いリング状領域(12)の中だけで前記羽根(9)を直撃する抽出物の噴流を生成するように置かれる。
