Claims (6)
- 渦電流技術を使用して非平面状部品(32)を検査するための方法であって、
非平面状部品(32)を用意する段階と、
渦電流プローブ(22)を2つ以上の周波数で駆動する段階と、
各周波数における前記非平面状部品(32)の渦電流応答信号を測定する段階と、
前記渦電流応答信号について多周波位相分析を遂行する段階と、
を含み、
前記遂行する段階は、
2つ以上の周波数の渦電流応答信号を混合して混合信号を形成する段階と、
前記混合信号の実数成分をレベル移動させて、前記混合信号の位相を−180°と+180°との間に局限する段階と、
前記非平面状部品(32)の位相及び大きさの画像を求める段階と
を含む、
