インプラントを圧縮状態で細長い管状シース内部に収容しつつ身体通路を通して通過させられるように適合される細長い管状シースであって、開口が内部に形成された略円錐形状の弾性材料から製造された遠位端を有する細長い管状シースと、
インプラントを遠位方向に強制し、このように弾性材料を延伸させて開口を拡張し、これによってインプラントが開口を通過するように適合される排出装置と、
を含む装置が提供される。
インプラントを圧縮状態で細長い管状シース内部に収容しつつ身体通路を通して通過させられるように適合される細長い管状シースであって、開口が内部に形成された略円錐形状を有する遠位端を有する細長い管状シースと、
インプラントを遠位方向に強制し、このようにシースの遠位端が引き裂けるようにさせて開口を拡張し、これによってインプラントが開口を通過するように適合される排出装置と、
を含む装置が提供される。
インプラントを圧縮状態で細長い管状シース内部に収容しつつ身体通路を通して通過させられるように適合される細長い管状シースであって、開口が内部に形成された遠位端を有する細長い管状シースと、
シースが身体通路を通過する間に開口を塞ぐようにシースの遠位端における内腔の部分が膨張させられるように、シースを通して、かつシース内に収容されたインプラントを通して長手方向に通過する内腔であって、内腔の膨張部分が可撓性材料を含む内腔と、
インプラントを遠位方向に強制し、このようにインプラントを開口を通して排出して、内腔の膨張部分を圧縮し、この結果、インプラントが内腔を介して身体通路の目標位置に通過するように適合される排出装置と、
を含む装置が提供される。

第1及び第2のリング部材の中間の位置で内腔の直径を低減するように、前記位置でスリーブの周りに取り付けられる収縮要素と、
インプラントを身体通路の目標位置に供給するためのカテーテルと、
を含む装置が提供される。
複数の支柱の間に介入開口部を有する前記複数の支柱と、
支柱を相互接続するように開口部の少なくともあるものを橋絡する狭い接続部片と、
を備え、
支柱に対する第1の外向き半径方向力の行使により、支柱の間の介入開口部を開口することによってステントが第1の直径に開口され、また
狭い接続部片が、支柱に対する第1の外向き半径方向力よりも大きな第2の外向き半径方向力の行使の下に破損し、この結果、ステントが第1の直径よりも大きな第2の直径に開口するように適合される、
ステントが提供される。
カテーテルを血管に挿入するステップと、
クリップの第1及び第2の端部が、血管の壁部のそれぞれの第1及び第2の点に係合するように、カテーテルから外向きにクリップを配置するステップと、
クリップの第1及び第2の端部が第1及び第2の点に係合し、このように、クリップの端部が互いに向かって引っ張るようにさせ、これによって第1及び第2の点を共に挟んだ後に、クリップをカテーテルから排出するステップと、
を含む方法が提供される。
直線の上流縁部は、装置の側面の周りの血液の漏れを低減し、このように、より完全かつ確実な流量制限を提供する点で有用であることができる。血管内の血流によって及ぼされる圧力に対抗して、装置50を血管40の壁部に確実に固定するために、スリーブの不均一な形状が下流縁部で維持される。代わりに、医療及び機械的考慮によって要請されるように、他の構造では、スリーブ28を切断してもよい。
Claims (18)
- 医療用インプラントであって、

前記第1及び第2のリング部材の中間の位置で前記内腔の直径を低減するように、前記位置で前記スリーブの周りに取り付けられた1つの収縮要素と、を備え、
前記弾性フレームワークが、S字状に曲げられた単一のワイヤを備える、インプラント。 - 前記リング部材が、半径方向に圧縮された形状で身体通路を通して前記通路内の目標位置に挿入され、次に前記目標位置で半径方向に拡張して、前記通路を通して前記内腔を開口するように適合される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記フレームワークが、前記リング部材の半径方向に圧縮された形状を提供するように圧縮可能な弾性材料を含み、該弾性材料が前記目標位置で解放されるときに半径方向に拡張する、請求項2に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1及び第2のリング部材を共に接合するように、前記スリーブに沿って、前記第1及び第2のリング部材のフレームワークに固定された1つ以上の長手方向支持部材を備える、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記スリーブが織物を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記織物が、前記第1及び第2のリング部材のフレームワークに縫い合わせられる、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 前記第1及び第2のリング部材を通過する前記内腔が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、また前記フレームワークが、前記内腔の端部の1つ以上に細長い突出部を提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記スリーブが、前記突出部に従って前記第1及び第2の端部の1つ以上で切断される、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 前記スリーブが、前記突出部に従って前記第1の端部で切断され、一方、前記第2の端部の前記スリーブが、前記内腔の第2の端部で前記突出部の間の前記突出部及び前記隙間の両方を覆う、請求項8に記載のインプラント。
- 冠状静脈洞を通した血液の流れが前記内腔の縮径によって阻止されるように、前記インプラントが患者の冠状静脈洞に移植されるように適合される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記収縮要素が外向き半径方向力の下で拡張して、前記内腔の縮径の増大を許容するように適合される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記収縮要素が、前記縮径を提供するように閉じて締結される曲がりを有する弾性ワイヤを備え、該弾性ワイヤが、前記外向き半径方向力の下で開口するように適合される、請求項11に記載のインプラント。
- 医療用インプラントを製造するための方法であって、
略円筒状の形状を有する弾性フレームワークを各々が備える第1及び第2のリング部材を用意するステップと、
相互に長手方向に整列して前記リング部材を保持し、これによって、前記リング部材を通過する内腔を画定するように、前記第1及び第2のリング部材に1つの管状スリーブを固定するステップと、
前記第1及び第2のリング部材の中間の位置で前記内腔の直径を低減するように、前記位置で前記スリーブの周りに1つの収縮要素を取り付けるステップと、を含み、
前記弾性フレームワークが、S字状に曲げられた単一のワイヤを備える、方法。 - 前記第1及び第2のリング部材を通過する前記内腔が、第1及び第2の端部を有し、また前記ワイヤを曲げるステップが、前記内腔の端部の1つ以上に前記フレームワークの細長い突出部を形成するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のリング部材を共に接合するように、前記スリーブに沿って、前記第1及び第2のリング部材のフレームワークに1つ以上の長手方向支持部材を固定するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブを固定するステップが、前記第1及び第2のリング部材に織物を縫い合わせるステップを含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮要素を取り付けるステップが、前記収縮要素が外向き半径方向力の下で拡張して前記内腔の縮径の増大を許容するように、前記収縮要素を構成するステップを含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮要素が、前記縮径を提供するように閉じて締結される曲がりを有する弾性ワイヤを備え、該弾性ワイヤが、前記外向き半径方向力の下で開口するように適合される、請求項17に記載の方法。
