Claims (2)
- 送信の対象となる送信信号を入力する第1の可変減衰器と、
発振器と、
前記第1の可変減衰器により減衰された送信信号を入力して、前記発振器の発振出力と混合することでこの送信信号の周波数を変換する非線形回路としてのミキサと、
このミキサによって周波数を変換された後の送信信号を入力する第2の可変減衰器と、
この第2の可変減衰器により減衰された送信信号を入力して、増幅する増幅器と、
この増幅器の出力する送信信号の一部を分岐したものを検波する検波器と、
この検波器の検波出力としての送信信号のレベルが一定値となるように前記第1の可変減衰器および第2の可変減衰器の減衰量をそれぞれ設定するフィードバック手段とを備え、
前記フィードバック手段は、温度センサと、前記温度センサの検出出力を入力するROMテーブルを有し、前記温度センサの検出した温度が低温時のとき前記第1の可変減衰器の制御する減衰量を2次関数的に増大させる一方、前記第2の可変減衰器の減衰量をこれに反比例するように減少させることを特徴とする信号処理回路。 - 前記温度センサは、温度によって歪みの大きさが異なる前記ミキサの温度を検知し、
前記ROMテーブルの内容は、この温度センサの検出温度と前記検波器の検波出力としての送信信号のレベルを入力して前記検波器の検波出力が前記温度検出手段の検出温度に係わらず一定となるような前記第1の可変減衰器と第2の可変減衰器の減衰量であること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の信号処理回路。
