Claims (7)
- 手動シフト力が作用する制御ロッド(20)と、
ピストンロッド(22)と、
前記制御ロッド(20)上における前記ピストンロッド(22)の径方向内部に配置された少なくとも1つの弾性要素(40)と
を含んで構成された、原動機付き車両用トランスミッションにおけるシフト装置(11)のサーボアシスト装置(10)において、
前記制御ロッド(20)の1つ又は両方の操作方向における前記弾性要素(40)と前記ピストンロッド(22)の間に遊び(50,52)が形成されるよう前記弾性要素(40)を前記制御ロッド(20)上に配置したことを特徴とするサーボアシスト装置。 - 前記遊び(50,52)の寸法を、該遊び(50,52)が克服される前に当該サーボアシスト装置(10)における弁(54)が操作されるよう設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のサーボアシスト装置。
- 前記弾性要素(40)の軸方向変位を複数の当接部材(42,44)で規制するとともに、前記遊び(50,52)をこれら当接部材(42,44)及び前記ピストンロッド(22)における第1の当接部で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のサーボアシスト装置。
- 前記当接部材(42,44)を、前記弾性要素(40)及び第2の当接部(46,48)によって前記ピストンロッド(22)上に固定したことを特徴とする請求項3記載のサーボアシスト装置。
- 前記弾性要素(40)をコイルばね又は皿ばねとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のサーボアシスト装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のサーボアシスト装置を備えて成ることを特徴とする、原動機付き車両用トランスミッションにおけるシフト装置。
- 請求項6記載のシフト装置を備えて成ることを特徴とする原動機付き車両用トランスミッション。
