Description
図1に示された本発明によるピストン蒸気機関の1実施例は、前室13とピストン3とシリンダ5と連接棒7とクランク軸9とを有している。クランク軸9は図示されていない発電機と連結されている。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダ(5)を有し、前記少なくとも1つのシリンダ(5)内でピストン(3)が往復運動し、作業室(11)を有し、該作業室(11)が前記シリンダ(5)と前記ピストン(3)とによって制限されており、少なくとも1つの入口弁(19)を有し、作業媒体が前記少なくとも1つの入口弁(19)によって前記作業室(11)へ導入可能であり、少なくとも1つの出口弁(21)を有し、前記作業媒体が前記少なくとも1つの出口弁(21)によって前記作業室(11)から導出可能である形式のピストン蒸気機関において、少なくとも1つの前室(13)が設けられており、前記作業室(11)と前記前室(13)とが互いに接続されており、前記ピストン(3)が上死点(OT)の領域にあるか又は作業行程にあるときに、前記作業媒体が液体状態で前記前室(13)にもたらされ、前記作業媒体の液相の主要な部分が前記前室(13)に留まるのに対し、前記作業媒体の蒸気状の相が前記作業室(11)内に流入するように前記作業媒体が液体状態で前記前室内にもたらされることを特徴とする、ピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記作業媒体がほぼ接線方向で前記前室(13)にもたらされる、請求項1記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記作業室(11)と前記前室(13)との間の接続部(29)が前記前室(13)の中心にて該前室(13)に開口している、請求項1又は2記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 1つの前記シリンダ(5)に複数の前室(13.1,13.2)が配置されており、前記前室(13.1,13.2)が前記作業室(11)と接続されており、異なる温度を有する作業媒体が前記作業室(11)を支配する圧力及び/又は前記作業室(11)を支配する温度に関連して順次前記前室(13.1又は13.2)内へ又は前記作業室(11)内へもたらされる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記シリンダ(5)あたり複数の入口弁(19.1,19.2)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 種々の入口弁又はインジェクタ(19.1,19.2)から噴射された液状の作業媒体がもっとも温かい作業媒体からもっとも冷たい作業媒体への順序で噴射され、前記前室(13)又は前記作業室(11)内に既に存在する作業媒体が次に温度が低い作業媒体の温度に達すると、それぞれ次の作業媒体が噴射される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 液状の作業媒体が前記作業室(11)内に又は前記少なくとも1つの前室(13)にインジェクタ(19)の助けを借りて噴射される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 液状の作業媒体が噴射過程に際して小滴に噴霧化される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 作業媒体として水、メタノール、ペンタン及び/又はR134aが使用される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記シリンダ(5)、前記ピストン(3)及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの前室(13)が内及び/又は外で断熱されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 内側の断熱がテフロン(登録商標)、エナメル及び/又はセラミックから成っている、請求項10記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記シリンダ(5)、前記ピストン(3)及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの前室(13)が加熱可能である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 蒸気弁(22)が設けられており、該蒸気弁(22)によって蒸気状の作業媒体が前記作業室から排出される、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のピストン蒸気機関。
- 前記出口弁(21)と前記蒸気弁(22)とが上死点(OT)の領域で閉じられており、次いで液状の作業媒体が前記前室(13)又は前記作業室(11)内にもたらされ、下死点(UT)の領域で前記出口弁(21)が開放される、請求項13に記載のピストン蒸気機関。
