Claims (4)
- 通信バスを介して転送されるCANプロトコルのメッセージに基づいて、アクチュエータを制御するコントローラを備えた半導体集積回路装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記CANプロトコルに従って通信を制御する通信制御部を備え、
前記通信制御部は、
前記メッセージを正常に受信したことを確認する応答信号のスロット長を1ビットから複数ビットに任意に可変し、可変したビット数の応答信号に応じた通信速度によって通信を行うことを特徴とする半導体集積回路装置。 - 請求項1記載の半導体集積回路装置において、
前記通信制御部は、
変更後のACKスロット長を格納する第1の格納部を備え、ACKスロット長を変更するACK変更プロトコルが通知された際に、前記ACK変更プロトコルに設定されたACKスロット長を前記第1の格納部に格納してACKスロット長を変更することを特徴とする半導体集積回路装置。 - 請求項1記載の半導体集積回路装置において、
前記通信制御部は、
変更後のACKスロット長を格納する第1の格納部と、
通信可能な最大周波数を格納する第2の格納部とを備え、
通信マスタ以外の前記半導体集積回路装置に設けられた通信制御部は、
通信マスタとなる前記半導体集積回路装置が最大通信速度を問い合わせる通信速度問い合わせプロトコルを通知した際に、前記第2の格納部に格納されている通信可能な最大周波数を返信し、前記通信マスタとなる半導体集積回路装置が算出したACKスロット長を前記第1の格納部に格納し、
前記通信マスタとなる半導体集積回路装置に設けられた通信制御部は、
前記通信マスタ以外の半導体集積回路装置から返信された周波数からACKスロット長を算出し、算出した前記ACKスロット長のうち、最も短いスロット長(最も短いビット数)を前記通信マスタ以外の半導体集積回路装置に通知し、可変したスロット長の応答信号に応じた通信速度によって通信を行うことを特徴とする半導体集積回路装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の半導体集積回路装置において、
可変される前記スロット長は、1〜複数ビットであることを特徴とする半導体集積回路装置。
