Description
(1)前記熱可塑性合成繊維が1〜6dtexの繊度を有する芯鞘型の複合繊維であって、前記複合繊維の鞘成分を形成している第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度が前記複合繊維の芯成分を形成している第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度よりも低いものであり、かかる熱可塑性合成繊維を少なくとも60重量%含んでいて坪量30〜80g/m2を有しており互いに並行する一対の表面によって厚さが規定されるウエブを機械方向へ供給する工程;
(2)前記ウエブを前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以上であって前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以下の表面温度を有する第1加熱ロールと非加熱状態の加圧ロールとの間に導いて前記ウエブの前記一対の表面のうちの一方の表面を前記第1加熱ロールの周面に密着させながら前記ウエブを前記機械方向へ走行させ、前記一方の表面を形成している前記複合繊維を前記ウエブの厚さ方向において互いに溶着させて前記第1表面を形成する工程;
(3)前記第1加熱ロール通過後の前記ウエブの前記一対の表面のうちのもう一方の表面を前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以上であって前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以下の表面温度を有する第2加熱ロールと非加熱状態の加圧ロールとの間に導いて前記ウエブの前記もう一方の表面を前記第2加熱ロールの周面に密着させながら前記ウエブを前記機械方向へ走行させ、前記もう一方の表面を形成している前記複合繊維を前記ウエブの厚さ方向において互いに溶着させて前記第2表面を形成する工程;
(4)しかる後に、前記ウエブを室温にまで冷却させる工程。

Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性合成繊維を含み、互いに並行する第1表面と第2表面とによって厚さが規定される不織布で形成されていて、前記第1、第2表面のいずれかを食品と接触させて前記食品からの滲出液を吸収させるために使用される吸液性シートであって、
前記熱可塑性合成繊維は、1〜6dtexの繊度を有する芯鞘型の複合繊維であり、前記複合繊維の鞘成分を形成する第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度は前記複合繊維の芯成分を形成する第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度よりも低く、互いに交差する前記熱可塑性合成繊維が前記鞘成分どうしの溶着によって交絡して前記不織布を形成しており、
前記不織布は、坪量30〜80g/m2を有していて、前記熱可塑性合成繊維を少なくとも60重量%含有し、前記厚さを前記第1表面から前記第2表面に向かって第1層〜第10層に10等分したときの前記第1表面を含む前記第1層と前記第2表面を含む前記第10層との密度が0.07〜0.3g/cm 3 の範囲にあり、前記厚さの中央に位置する第5層と第6層との密度の平均値が0.005〜0.03g/cm 3 の範囲にあること、
前記吸液性シートが互いに直交する縦方向と横方向とを有する矩形のものであって、前記縦方向の寸法が前記横方向の寸法よりも大きく、JIS L 1096のセクション60.20.1のA法(ガーレー法)に規定の測定方法に基づく前記縦方向におけるガーレー柔軟度が少なくとも1.37mNであることを特徴とする前記吸液性シート。 - 前記第1表面および前記第2表面の前記縦方向における静摩擦係数が0.1〜0.4である請求項1記載の吸液性シート。
- 前記吸液性シートが40重量%を限度としてセルロース系繊維を含む請求項1または2記載の吸液性シート。
- 熱可塑性合成繊維を含み、互いに並行する第1表面と第2表面とによって厚さが規定される不織布で形成されていて前記第1、第2表面のいずれかを食品と接触させて前記食品からの滲出液を吸収させるために使用される吸液性シートが少なくとも下記工程を経て製造されることを特徴とする前記吸液性シートの製造方法;
(1)前記熱可塑性合成繊維が1〜6dtexを有する芯鞘型の複合繊維であって、前記複合繊維の鞘成分を形成している第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度が前記複合繊維の芯成分を形成している第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度よりも低いものであり、かかる熱可塑性合成繊維を少なくとも60重量%含んでいて坪量30〜80g/m2を有しており互いに並行する一対の表面によって厚さが規定されるウエブを機械方向へ供給する工程;
(2)前記ウエブを前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以上であって前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以下の表面温度を有する第1加熱ロールと非加熱状態の加圧ロールとの間に導いて前記ウエブの前記一対の表面のうちの一方の表面を前記第1加熱ロールの周面に密着させながら前記ウエブを前記機械方向へ走行させ、前記一方の表面を形成している前記複合繊維を前記ウエブの厚さ方向において互いに溶着させて前記第1表面を形成する工程;
(3)前記第1加熱ロール通過後の前記ウエブの前記一対の表面のうちのもう一方の表面を前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以上であって前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以下の表面温度を有する第2加熱ロールと非加熱状態の加圧ロールとの間に導いて前記ウエブの前記もう一方の表面を前記第2加熱ロールの周面に密着させながら前記ウエブを前記機械方向へ走行させ、前記もう一方の表面を形成している前記複合繊維を前記ウエブの厚さ方向において互いに溶着させて前記第2表面を形成する工程;
(4)しかる後に、前記ウエブを室温にまで冷却させる工程。 - 前記工程(2)の前、前記工程(2)と(3)との間、および前記工程(3)の後のいずれかに、前記ウエブを前記機械方向へ走行させて前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以上であって前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂の溶融温度以下の室温を有する加熱室に無加圧下で通過させ、前記加熱室において前記複合繊維を互いに接触する部分において溶着させる工程が含まれる請求項4記載の製造方法。
- 前記不織布の前記厚さを前記第1表面から前記第2表面に向かって第1層〜第10層に10等分したときの前記第1表面を含む前記第1層と前記第2表面を含む第10層との密度が、前記厚さの中央に位置する第5層と第6層との密度の平均値よりも高く形成される請求項4または5記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1層と前記第10層との密度が0.07〜0.3g/cm3の範囲にあり、前記第5層と前記第6層との密度の平均値が0.005〜0.03g/cm3の範囲にある請求項6記載の製造方法。
- 前記吸液性シートのJIS L 1096のセクション60.20.1のA法(ガーレー法)に規定の測定方法に基づく前記機械方向におけるガーレー柔軟度が、少なくとも1.37mNである請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1表面および前記第2表面の前記機械方向における静摩擦係数が0.1〜0.4の範囲にある請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記中心層が40重量%を限度としてセルロース系繊維を含む請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
