Claims (3)
- 槽中でパラジウムと硝酸を攪拌して硝酸パラジウム溶液を製造する方法において、
平均粒子径が10μm〜300μmである粉末状のパラジウムと硝酸からなる反応系で、当該反応系の塩素含有量がパラジウム含有量に対して10ppm〜100ppmであり、当該反応系の温度が70℃以上にならないようにすることを特徴とする硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法。 - 粉末状のパラジウムの塩素含有量が、パラジウム含有量に対して100ppm以下である請求項1に記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法。
- 粉末状のパラジウムと硝酸からなる反応系に対し、
反応系の塩素含有量が、パラジウム含有量に対して100ppmを越えないように更に塩素を加える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法。
