Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、硝酸パラジウム溶液であって、パラジウム含有量に対する塩素含有量が100ppm以下であることを特徴とする硝酸パラジウム溶液である。この硝酸パラジウム溶液は、粉末状のパラジウムをカラムに充填して粉末層とし、硝酸を前記粉末層に通液させて、前記粉末状のパラジウムと前記硝酸とを反応させ、前記反応により生成した硝酸パラジウムを回収することで製造される。

Claims (5)
- パラジウムと硝酸とからなる反応系で製造された硝酸パラジウム溶液であって、
パラジウム含有量に対する塩素含有量が100ppm以下であると共に、
パラジウム濃度と硝酸濃度との比が1:1.3〜1:2.0である硝酸パラジウム溶液。 - パラジウム濃度が300g/L〜550g/Lである請求項1記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液。
- パラジウムの濃度を50g/Lとしたとき700nmの吸光度が0.01〜0.1である請求項1記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法であって、
嵩密度が1.5g/ml〜3.0g/mlである粉末状のパラジウムをカラムに充填して粉末層とし、
カラムの保持温度を0℃〜75℃としつつ、硝酸を空間速度が0.1hr −1 〜2.5hr −1 となるように前記粉末層に通液させて、前記粉末状のパラジウムと前記硝酸とを反応させ、
前記反応により生成した硝酸パラジウムを回収することを特徴とする硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法。 - 硝酸をPd粉末層の上方から通液させる請求項4記載の硝酸パラジウム溶液の製造方法。
