Claims (5)
- 複数の給糸体からそれぞれ繊維束を引き出して供給する繊維束供給部と、供給された複数の繊維束が所定の走行方向に沿って走行するようにガイドする走行ガイド部と、所定の走行方向にガイドされた複数の繊維束を開繊して一方向に引き揃える開繊処理部とを備え、前記走行ガイド部は、複数の繊維束をそれぞれガイド面に沿って走行させる複数のガイド部材が配列されており、各ガイド部材のガイド面は、樋状に湾曲形成されているとともに前記走行方向に同じ長さで全長にわたって同じ幅に設定されていることを特徴とする開繊装置。
- 前記ガイド部材は、前記走行方向と直交する方向に等間隔で配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の開繊装置。
- すべての前記ガイド部材のガイド面の開繊の起点となる前記開繊処理部側の端部は、前記開繊処理部から同じ距離だけ離間させて位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の開繊装置。
- 前記ガイド部材は、前記走行方向及び/又は前記走行方向と直交する方向に位置調整可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の開繊装置。
- 複数の給糸体からそれぞれ繊維束を引き出して供給し、樋状に湾曲形成されているとともに同じ長さで全長にわたって同じ幅に設定された複数のガイド面に繊維束をそれぞれ収容して所定の走行方向に走行させて各繊維束の幅を揃え、幅を揃えた各繊維束を同じ距離だけ走行させて開繊し一方向に引き揃えることを特徴とする開繊方法。
